Coin Machine Down. Didn't know if another branch's was working
Went to the No End Branch to cash in coin. They said their coin machine was down. Was told to "try" the President Avenue Branch. I asked if she knew if the President Ave Branch's machine was in service before I drove half way across the city, but she said she didn't know. Luckily, it was. It would be helpful, in the future, if one branch's equipment was down, that there was communication between the other branches as where a service IS available.
