The assistance manager explained the CD…
The assistance manager explained the CD rates and when I asked about comparison rates, he was most helpful. He said he would call me before three pm to let me know if the rate was accepted. He did call and the CD was updated.

The only issue I've ever had with Bankfive is that quite a few times I go to use the ATM and they are always out of order. Other than that it's a good bank.

Staff are always friendly
Staff are always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Banking hours could be better. Lobby hours should be open until the same time as drive up. Somethings are better done in person. Also, should have better hours on weekends, including Sundays.
