Alex was by far the best and most knowledgeable representative that I have yet to have the pleasure of speaking to.He went above and beyond to help solve my issue as how to stop our account from going negative due to a scheduled payment coking out of our account in such a short matter of time. he reviewed the prior phone representatives phone calls as we have a fraud case pending and waiting for the funds to be redeposited back into our account and not one single representative explained to us the process of how to stop this automatic payment. He then contacted Rita, who explained to him what to do. Alex then walked my husband and I step by step on how to send a secure message to him and he solved the issue!He truly was a lifesaver and made our weekend less stressful!In the future,I will be asking for Alex for help with all my matters. Thank you so much Alex and Rita !!!(I was contemplating about switching banks but both of these AMAZING people work changed our minds!)

when opening account online failure to send any type of account documentation..... no information on registering for online accounts. also lack of customer service help after business hours. when I called to register for my online account I followed all her steps and have still been unable to log into account and have not received a debit card...
