The company assumes that it is in the United States, but in fact, their goods are made and shipped from Shanghai and they are very small sizes, ordered a XXL but it corresponds to a size S. And if you send the item back, it is so lit Israel. I would call it a scam that just wants one's money, I lost 40 USD. Firmaet slår sig op på at det er i USA, men i virkeligheden bliver deres vare lavet og afsendt fra Shanghai og det er meget små størrelser, bestilte en XXL men den svarre til en størrelse S. Og skal man sende varen retur er det så lit Israel. Jeg vil kalde det et svindelfirma der bare vil have ens penge, jeg mistede 40 USD.

I purchased and was charged on my credit card for a clock on Nov. 6 2017. After 3 phone calls, left a message each time, and 14 emails I have not received it. I ask for my money back but they said they would send me something of the same value plus a free gift. I told them I really wanted the clock. Long story short they told me they would send it out with the free gift I was supposed to get a tracking number, none yet. Do not ever order from this company they are not honest. It so pathetic that they do this to people. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Horrible! One chance to redeem yourself and failed!
Ordered skull purse and gloves on February 16th 2018, which my account was charged the same day, and on February 18th I received email stating my order #42666 shipped and that I could track the order. Funny there was no tracking number so I was patient and waited until the 27th and reached to them via email requesting the tracking info as i had not received my order. I then received an email from Warren stating that he didn't know what was going on but that my order showed closed. And he would be happy to send me "another one" and for me to verify my address. I then replied that the address he listed was the correct address and expressed that I be provided with a tracking number and to have order expedited at no cost to me as I received the email stating that order was shipped 10 days prior. I have not received a response, which lets me know that my order never shipped and still has not but yet AMR has had my payment now for 14 days and I can not even get a response with tracking information for the order that supposedly shipped on February 18th. Very poor decision on my part to believe that although this company's bad reviews highly out weigh the good, to purchase from them and give them a chance to redeem themselves. I am requesting to either be reimbursed immediately or have a tracking number for my order sent to me today, 03/01/2018 for both items on my order 42666. My email address is tied to my order.

There is nothing American about this company. Items are all manufactured an shipped from China. They do not disclose this anywhere on their website or social media account. After I ordered an item, I found out the truth and when I expressed my dissatisfaction I was blocked from their accounts. Buyer beware! Dishonest people! UPDATE: My leg bag arrived and just as suspected, made in China GARBAGE! Whatever material this is, it isn't real leather. Doesn't even resemble leather. Waste straps and leg straps will probably break in a few weeks. Although I paid over $75 USD, this isnt even worth $9.99 in a thrift store. REALLY JUNK! if you purchase from these people, you will really be disappointed!

Scam
Tried canceling my order minutes after ordering and over a day later get a response saying its already processed and they were closed and couldn't cancel my order but their website says they are available 24/7! Now I keep getting the run around from them telling me they are waiting for the manager to assist. Days later and still waiting on a manager is what i get. Website also guarantees 100% satisfaction but they wont refund my money?! Order # is 53103 but all I get back is, "your order already shipped" No SH&!, I already know it shipped but what are your doing about helping me? If you want me to ship it back refund my shipping costs... I live out in the country and have a security gate so they expect me to refuse the package and let it sit by my gate for someone to steal!? Never do business with this place!

Dam, this company is a SCAM. This is the first time I've EVER been taken. Everything looks great, ordering from an American Company. BUT THEY ARE IN CHINA. And you'll likely NEVER get what what you ordered (or it will be a cheap piece of crap that no one will want). And they have sold my CREDIT CARD information to boot.

Humm, after many weeks, I did actually get the product I ordered from this company, FROM CHINA. Yes, it technically met the description, but NOT as normal AMERICANS would expect. Just an example, the pockets are so small that the only way you can get inside them is to take the pants off, as the pockets are so small, and forget about carrying your wallet in your hip pocket, not even a bill roll would fit in these tiny things. I'm still believe that this company sold my credit card information, but I have no way to prove this. BE CAREFUL shopping here, and have low expectations as to the quality of their products..

Support consists of a phone number that automatically goes to voicemail, I've left multiple voicemails, and emails, several sent, that have received no reply in over a week. I bought the Leather Skull Gothic Boots, it took a long time to get them, but I figured it would be worth the wait. Sadly I was wrong, as soon as i picked up the package I could tell they were not real leather.They were also the wrong size, I ordered a 7 they were an 8.It also said they were durable, we will see the first time I get caught in the rain. Do yourself a favor order from Leather Up, they sell high quality items. I will be surprised if these boots last a season.

Not worth it.... Ordered a hoodie for my husband on July…
Ordered a hoodie for my husband on July 8... finally got a tracking number on July 18. Hoodie has been in the same spot in China since July 21. I have sent multiple emails and the only response I get back is that they are "looking into it." This is totally unacceptable. I tried to call the phone number numerous times today and like other reviews, it goes directly to voicemail. I did leave a message, but am not happy at all. They took my money right away, but now no product. This company appears to be from the US, but I highly doubt it. There is no reason that a hoodie should be stuck in the same area of China for 18 days... it should have shipped and been delivered by now. My latest email requested either the merchandise or a full credit. Obviously I haven't heard back from them. Total rip off.

Their name is deceiving
Their name is deceiving. They are NOT an American company. They outsource to Hong Kong, China, and other countries. It takes forever to get your order even when you pay for expedited shipping. When you try to reach out to them all the responses are auto generated and there is no Human to contact, Prices are way over quality of product. One pair of boots they claim is valued at $594 and they claim the sale price is $199. when you get the product from Hong Kong, the product value on the invoice shows the value to only be $20. I would not advise ANYBODY to purchase from them. Worst purchases I ever made and I spent almost $400 in a weeks time thinking it was an American Company by their name.
