FEMALE FAKE LEATHER PANTS. TERRIBLE
Ordered the black leather pants. The quality was extremely cheap. The sizing is off. It took For ever to receive even after I paid rush shipping. The customer service is horrible and did not respond to the incorrect size and the amount of time it took to receive the item. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Not Recommended
I do not recommend this company. I bought the lacey leather pants in an XS and twice they sent me pant 2 sizes too large. They are terrible. Plus it took me from October 2018 until January 2019 to receive the pants only two get them in the wrong size! Horrible company and I will let everyone know!

Don’t shop here!
Horrible experience. They told me my order was delayed because they were out of stock on the black leather leg bag (which is is still on their website). Ordered it in November and it’s January and still nothing. Their 24/7 service doesn’t exist and their phone number is unreachable! I received an email about a month ago from someone at the company who said it would be sent and then never heard anything more. Poorest service! Don’t shop here! Cindy

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - ESPECIALLY IF YOU ACTUALLY RIDE A MOTORCYCLE
Absolute garbage quality, construction and materials noticeable immediately upon opening box. "Leather" is cheap, flimsy and will offer no protection at all unless your sole intent is to be seen looking emo in the corner of your favorite goth club. Boots I ordered broke (zipper) within two weeks of absolutely gentle break in. Customer service is pathetic... sorry guys but a voicemail box is not "24/7 support". Also, if you so much as PEEK at an Instagram ad of theirs, let alone buy a product, prepare for a virtual butt raping spam campaign. If you want an example of a REAL American boutique that actually genuinely cares about the happiness and safety of their clientele, I highly, highly recommend Union Garage in Brooklyn, NY. Doesn't matter where you are, their website is brilliant and they will deliver. You will find nothing but the highest quality, SAFEST, MOST PROTECTIVE gear from true craftsmen from germany, Italy and of course the God Damn United States of America, which is where my motorcycle was made. People like them deserve your business.

This is by far the cheapest leather quality I have ever seen. Save yourself the trouble. Company is in China! American Legend? Really? Shipped boots back to China on 12/7/18 and today is 1/30/19 and still have not received my refund. I will write a bad review everyday until they refund my money Crooks is all I can say not a good company at all!!!!!!!! Very unhappy customer, Shawn

My first experience with this site
My first experience with this site, and I can report so far, they do what they say they’re going to do. I got three of the led brake/turn lights for my bike, and one for my son in law, plus a third one, because it was too good of an offer to go ahead and get it for backup, just in case. I’ll post pics after I get them Installed. My bike is an 07 Yahama Road Star 1700, my son in law’s bike is a vintage 99 Harley Road King, with custom Forest green metal flake paint. See ya on down the road!

Missing package
I bought a few things in separate purchases from ALR during May 2018, and all arrived, except one package. At the time, we were experiencing a postal strike, and I accepted that the package was either discarded or stolen. During feedback to ALR, I mentioned that I had not received one of the packages, and they offered to replace it, despite this not being any of their fault. This is service above and beyond the norm.

Place sucks
I got the three items in the mail two didn't fit in one was broken. I can't reach customer service. Nobody calls or emails me back. They say they have a 24-hour helpline and they lie! They left me no way of knowing where to return the merchandise, so I just put it in the mail back to the address that came on the envelope. I have no idea if it got there or not! It's in freaking Shanghai China for Pete's sake! Over $300 not put back on my credit card yet! Where is my f---ing money! Why won't you call me back! I'm never going to order anything from the site again and neither should you.

Buyer beware - No shipment and No response
Order submitted - January 14th - received email overview same day "...will arrive within 7 to 21 days and your tracking number will be sent to you within 2 to 7 business days." Website (general information) notes that shipments to the US should arrive within 1-3 weeks. On January 25th (over 10 days after submitting the order) - I received an e-mail titled "your order is on the way" - with a URL (link) for tracking information. On January 25th - the tracking information noted the package was in China (nothing more), weeks later - exact same status. Customer service (per their website) is noted as 24x7 - HOWEVER facebook messenger does not respond to inquires (notes they will check back when they are online), the 800 number for customer service (800) 913-6603 goes to voicemail (no agents available), and e-mail(s) sent to the company have gone unanswered.

American legend motorcycle dash camera
I took the American Legend Waterproof Dash Camera off the bike today because it is an unreliable, faulty and expensive piece of junk. On the ride home today, the rear camera only recorded a one minute file and then nothing for the rest of the 40 minute ride. This morning on the way to the office, it recorded a car coming up from behind seemingly looking to undertake me. The video showed the approach then the next video in the sequence was about 10 seconds out, so it actually missed the juicy bit where the car was only a couple of feet away from the rear of the bike as I moved over to block his progress. This also occurs on the front facing camera, where there is a delay between videos of up to 10 seconds. The rear-facing camera view disappears from the monitor regularly. When this happens, the videos it creates (when it creates them) are unreadable and cannot be opened displaying an error message that the system doesn't support these types of files. I have checked all the cable connections and all seem to be secure. I have tried reformatting the SD card, playing around with settings including file time lengths, but no change to the fact that it records randomly sized videos from a split second to over 6 minutes in length. Funny that, considering the max video file length in the settings is only 3 minutes. Unreliable and seemingly a poor quality product. Very disappointed considering I paid top dollar for it. No response from the "support" email either. Won't buy anything from this outfit again.

This company is a nightmare
This company is a nightmare. I ordered boots, realized it was the wrong size, contacted them immediately but they still sent the wrong size; returned those and can't get any info from them about the new boots. Meanwhile, they have my $170 for 2 months and I have no boots or no idea if they are being sent to me! Tried to FB messenger them and they have a robot stock answer reply, clearly no humans involved.
