Horrible! One chance to redeem yourself and failed!
Ordered skull purse and gloves on February 16th 2018, which my account was charged the same day, and on February 18th I received email stating my order #42666 shipped and that I could track the order. Funny there was no tracking number so I was patient and waited until the 27th and reached to them via email requesting the tracking info as i had not received my order. I then received an email from Warren stating that he didn't know what was going on but that my order showed closed. And he would be happy to send me "another one" and for me to verify my address. I then replied that the address he listed was the correct address and expressed that I be provided with a tracking number and to have order expedited at no cost to me as I received the email stating that order was shipped 10 days prior. I have not received a response, which lets me know that my order never shipped and still has not but yet AMR has had my payment now for 14 days and I can not even get a response with tracking information for the order that supposedly shipped on February 18th. Very poor decision on my part to believe that although this company's bad reviews highly out weigh the good, to purchase from them and give them a chance to redeem themselves. I am requesting to either be reimbursed immediately or have a tracking number for my order sent to me today, 03/01/2018 for both items on my order 42666. My email address is tied to my order.
