I wouldn't even rate them a 1 star. They suck. They ripped me off for a lot of money and won't even acknowledge me to fix the problem. Don't buy from these guys at all you will be very sorry.

I purchased a leg bag from American…
I purchased a leg bag from American legend. After a delay, I contacted customer service. They apologized for the delay, and assured me a new bag will be on way. The new bag arrived within a few weeks. I was very happy with the quality of the bag, and it provides ample space for all the items you need to keep close. I appreciate effective customer service, and will buys more items in the future.

Terrible Company to do business with!
I should have looked at the reviews before making a purchase with this company. I thought I was buying from an American company, the name is very deceiving. The item I purchased did not fit, and they want me to return it to China at my own cost, which will probably be more than the cost of the jacket! They will then replace it - well, they didn't have any larger sizes so now what??? If I keep the jacket, they will give me 30% off my next purchase??? First of all, I never plan on buying anything from this company again, and secondly, I'm losing 70% on something I can never wear?? I will make sure to tell everyone I know that this company is a scam and ripoff.

Highly dissatisfied..
I just bought a pair of the gold colored circular sunglass and I am highly disappointed. They look nothing like the picture the company displays online. The lense dont even close like they are supposed to. You can tell the metal is cheap. I will be emailing the company to fix this but apparently from what I have read so far it wont do me any good.

Terrible product and even worse company
Shipping takes at least two weeks which they don't tell you about up front. The product came and it was cheap plastic "leather". They refused to refund or exchange because it had been more than two days! Lastly - there is no place to leave an actual review on their website, so all of the 5 star reviews that you see are either bogus or only half the story because they block all the poor reviews. Terrible product and an even worse company! Here was the Customer service reps reply: "We will no longer entertain replacement requests beyond the allocated 2 days. Please make sure to read the product description before purchasing since we do not re-process and re-ship if you merely have a change of heart after seeing the actual product."

I purchased a set of the Daisy C5
I purchased a set of the Daisy C5 Polarized Glasses recently and have to report I have had an experience that will not be generating repeat business. I received the glasses intact in the mail, although a little late. Quick look over and appear to be okay for such a cheap product. Within wearing them a few times they have broken in the same place in the lower section of the lens frame. On closer inspection the actual material that the lens frame had been manufactured from was crumbling and looked glazed internally. Very poorly produced item. In trying to deal with this matter with American Legend Rider their response was you received them in good condition and didn't report them damaged within 2 days then we wont offer warranty on the product. I have sent photos supporting my issue and still to date not received a reasonable response to my issue. I will not go any where near this company again and suggest neither should you as they will not get a company that stands by the product they sell. This is from your policy on the web 3. For quality issues: All of the products listed on our site are 100% new and in great condition. In rare cases wherein quality problems arise, please request for re-processing and re-shipping. This will require you to send us images of the damaged item within 2 days after receipt. We will no longer entertain replacement requests beyond the allocated 2 days. Please make sure to read the product description before purchasing since we do not re-process and re-ship if you merely have a change of heart after seeing the actual product. You no longer need to return the damaged item to our warehouse to save you from paying the return fees. Response 25/09/2018 I believe that implied warranty is law in your country and the above doesn't release you from that obligation. The product that I received was not fit for purpose as they only lasted a few days wear before breaking in the same position on both sides. If you wish I can get a chemical analysis done by a credited group to back up my position. The best I can make from your implied warranty is that as soon as it leaves the factory, of which you probably have no personnel onsite to check quality control before leaving the factory and solely rely on the factories definition of goods is as far as you are prepared to warrant the goods. If there is a quality issue which there clearly is then it is up to you to follow up with your supplier to get the goods replaced. Just because I received the goods in 1 piece doesn't mean they are beyond implied warranty. Your offer of 30% of the next purchase is not my idea of warranty. I just want the product I purchased in good faith to be replaced.

We only reprocess this type of issue if the package arrived damaged. We make sure that the quality is checked before sending the item. Warren offered you a 30% discount that you can use as a credit. If you do not want it, we can offer you an e-gift card worth half the price of the C5 Polarize Glasses -- $17usd -- that you can use on your next purchase. Let me know if you agree. Would NOT recommend this company
I wish I would have read reviews AND their 'return' policy prior to purchasing from this company. I absolutely would not recommend unless you are certain you want the item, as they do not accept returns. Items come from China and delivery time is significant. This is the first and last time I buy something from an unpopular site. Waste of money for a product that I am unable to use, unfortunately.
