I really love this store.
This is my favorite contact lens store because its easy to use, and the prices are half of 1800contacts. I normally get them within 2-3 days. I've been using Opti for 4 years now and never had a problem.

Speed not exactly one of their strengths.
I ordered my lenses around July 20 or so and they were not sent out until July 29, then I had to wait a week or more for them to actually arrive however the low price was well below the amount of money I used to spend on contacts which was like three to four hundred and I was able to get them for below two hundred on opticontacts

I paid $24 / box after shipping and processing fee. Now these contacts would cost $42 / box from the optometrist I get my contacts through. That's legit enough to order from them any time I need contacts. Btw if you log into a price point from a google search you save more per box than just navigating the site. Also I found a $1 off promo on retailmenot.com Yeah crazy legit love it.

Hit or miss customer service
I ordered contacts over 9 days ago. Just now received a phone call stating my prescription was not able to be located. (I have a copy in my brief case which can be easily faxed) They also charged my card 9 days ago!!! The excuse for not getting a phone call sooner was they tried to contact me via email. Really!!!! Upon talking to customer service I stated they could satisfy me by overnight or 2 day mail my order, apparently this was unexceptable to their company. Management was not able to speak to me. I was offered a refund however this dose not satisfy me after keeping my money for 9 days with no phone call. There are better companies out there to do business with. This customer service royally sucks!!! After a second phone call they agreed to overnight, my order. I received next day, thanks.

wrong BC shipped from what I ordered
I ordered Avaia with a BC of 8.5 as you can see on the confirmation email I received Avaira BC: 8.5, Dia: 14.2, P: +4.50 Avaira BC: 8.5, Dia: 14.2, P: +3.25 I got my contacts in the mail and double checked the prescription. Everything was correct except the BC. The BC they shipped me was 8.4. I was told by customer service that the contacts didn't come in BC 8.5 so they sent 8.4. I asked the custom service why 8.5 was a choice and allowed me to process the order if it wasn't available. They didm't have a good answer for me. I then asked if I open the boxes and used a pair and find out they don't work will I be able to ship them back, they said no. I then asked if I can get a label emailed to me to send them back due to their mistake and me wearing the same BC for the past 13 years with no change. They told me I would be responsible for the shipping cost. I then asked to speak with a manager who then was at a meeting at the time and could call me back when done. Few minutes later the same person I spoke with told me they would email me a packing slip to send the contacts back. After all these issues with this company I think I will stick with Vision Direct where I haven't had any issues.

The 8.5 BC is made with MINUS (-) powers and the 8.4 BC is made with PLUS (+) powers. We contacted your optometrist for clarification and they confirmed that they made a mistake writing your Avaira prescription. Your prescription for the Avaira should indeed be a 8.4 BC with the plus powers. Its possible that you previously wore a different brand in 8.5, but this brand with your prescription is only made in 8.4. Unreasonable return/exchange policy
My prescription changed, and they're supposed to allow you to exchange your lenses when this happens. OptiContacts wouldn't (although the CS rep initally said I could have a merchandise credit, but denied saying that once she realized I'd accept that offer) The grounds for this is that I opened the box. Never mind that none of the lenses (and all six were there) remained unopened. The CS reps tend to be condescending and treat the customers like preschoolers. This happened on another occasion when I called. I took my business to a competitor who matched OptiContacts' pricing and agreed to issue refunds for prescription changes even when *gasp* the box was opened. UPDATE: OptiContacts states in their reply "Contact lenses are considered a medical product, once the contact lens box is opened there is no re-sale value to the box" I guess your competitor who price-matched and agreed in writing to provide exchanges even for opened boxes doesn't consider contact lenses a medical product, then. That works just fine for me because they price-matched and their reps treat the customers with a lot more respect, too.

Beware - Return Policy On Site Is NOT What They Do...
I ordered a year's worth of contact lenses and due to issues with my eyes had to return the full box (which I had never opened once received from Opticontacts.com). The return policy on the website states: 30 Day Returns Unopened, complete, sealed Contact Lens boxes without writing or markings may be returned for a credit card refund or store credit within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns must arrive in original, salable condition, packaged in a box and without damage. The implication is that you will be refunded what you paid. However, they withhold "shipping and processing" fees (though I paid for return shipping myself) that were never disclosed - nor do they seem reasonable (10% of the order). Never had a problem in the past because I didn't have a return, but I don't trust businesses that don't disclose their real practices. I won't be returning...buyer beware!

I placed my order on July 9, 2014. I emailed a copy of my prescription to them since their online upload isn't ready yet. Within 24 hours, my order was verified and processed. My contacts arrived to me on 7/14/14. What has cost me $98.00 in the past from 800contacts cost me $54.00 with opticontacts. So will definitely buy from them again.

Amazing and accurate!
I couldn't recommend them anymore. I received my authentic Acuvue Oasys lenses in 4 days from the date of purchase (which was a Sunday). The prescription is accurate and the lenses don't expire for 5 years so they are obviously fairly new contacts. I was leery at First because it was such a good deal but I totally recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with this site. I was originally going to order from 1800contacts but found this website that was cheaper and actually had a sale AND I used a promo code to get a bigger discount. I was a bit leery since I have never ordered from here but checked out a few reviews which were positive and went for it. Glad that I did! I ordered on 7/18 and received them 7/22. My order was correct and the expiration dates are 2019. Very happy with my experience and will return again to purchase!

Fantastic Service and Great Prices
