wrong BC shipped from what I ordered
I ordered Avaia with a BC of 8.5 as you can see on the confirmation email I received

I got my contacts in the mail and double checked the prescription. Everything was correct except the BC. The BC they shipped me was 8.4. I was told by customer service that the contacts didn't come in BC 8.5 so they sent 8.4. I asked the custom service why 8.5 was a choice and allowed me to process the order if it wasn't available. They didm't have a good answer for me. I then asked if I open the boxes and used a pair and find out they don't work will I be able to ship them back, they said no. I then asked if I can get a label emailed to me to send them back due to their mistake and me wearing the same BC for the past 13 years with no change. They told me I would be responsible for the shipping cost. I then asked to speak with a manager who then was at a meeting at the time and could call me back when done. Few minutes later the same person I spoke with told me they would email me a packing slip to send the contacts back.
After all these issues with this company I think I will stick with Vision Direct where I haven't had any issues.
