Beware of the PROCESSING FEE
I would give 5 stars if they did not charge a $9.24 processing fee on top of shipping. You think you are getting your contacts for the price shown + shipping....then you go to check out and it is almost $10 higher than you expected! I will order through my typical company from now on.

Even though my contacts were…charged 1-day shipping cost even though contacts took approximately 2 weeks to arrive
Even though my contacts were backordered and took approximately two weeks to receive, you still charged me the 1-day shipping for my contacts. How is that fair? I've emailed someone and requested a refund for that shipping charge. I'd be happy to change this review if things are worked out fairly there and I am not charged the overnight fee.

We use your shipping payment to purchase the shipping method from the carrier. Unfortunately your order has not shipped right away because your products have been on back ordered for a few days. Only received the right eye boxes after SEVEN WEEKS
If you are ordering normal lenses, it might be fine If you are ordering TORIC lenses DO NOT ORDER FROM OPTICONTACTS They are extremely uncommon, and often on backorder. I ordered priority 2-day shipping for an extra $30. It took them 7 WEEKS to finally deliver them to me after 20 emails back and forth. They are slow at responding. When I finally received them, they only contained the boxes for my right eye, not my left. It's been another 2 weeks and I still have not received anything. They finally sent me a tracking number, and it says it was delivered... back to the sender... even though my first boxes arrived fine (meaning I used the correct home address). If you want to risk waiting 7 weeks for your contacts, give it a try. I have a history of corneal ulcers, and will only ever purchase from contactslensking like I typically do (this was $10 cheaper.. what a regret).

Ordered two different styles of contacts with them with upgraded USPSPriority (3-5 days) shipping so I would receive my order in time for a trip I am taking. They sent me a email saying they didn't have either type in stock and said it would be 5-7 business days days until they even ship the order with another 3-5 days business days shipping time. So its going to take at least 3 weeks to get contacts I should have had in less then a week. Update Company split my order to ship the in stock contacts quicker at no cost. The contacts may still not arrive before my trip but the issue was addressed quickly and professionally.

I will not use them again
Horrible first impression! I will not use them again. It's sad because after reading so many great reviews I decided to use opticontacts. I paid $5 less than my actual contacts to receive next day shipping in order to have my contacts for a spontaneous trip. 2 days later and my contacts have still not arrived nor have I received any type of update on the contacts. Customer service has given me the run around twice about not being able to figure out where my contacts are because of their shipping department. On the day I placed my order I got an email saying my lenses were shipped, checked back later and I called to verify and was told contacts had not shipped! They were to sip out 2 days after my order was placed???? So why even send me an email about contacts being shipped and why even pay all the extra money for NEXT DAY delivery? If I had known this when I ordered from this website I would have just saved my money and gone elsewhere.

Ridiculous Hidden Processing Fees- False Advertising
They blatantly lie and say the cost per box and total cost is the same and there is no shipping, yet I was charged 23.30 in processing fees and I only received my shipping refunded after I complained that Google says that there were no shipping fees and I didn't receive the free shipping that was advertised on their site.

Loved the price but...
I loved the price of these contacts and they shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the contacts do not last as long as advertised. It may be just a bad batch but few last as long as 10 days and some only 3 days for a 2 week contact.

Order placed on May 11. Here it is June 9th and still no contacts. They have taken my money and tell me they are out of stock and they have to order them. I have called and they told me they would get them by June 5th and ship. Still no news and I am getting very angry. Will never order from these folks again.

This is my second review as OptiContacts sent my SECOND order of contacts to Florida after flubbing the first order by placing an incomplete address. I have requested for the THIRD set to either be expedited or a full refund including BOTH the times they have had me pay for shipping. Unbelievable.

The Florida address where it shows it was delivered is the sender's, it's our warehouse in Florida from which the package was originally shipped and where it has been returned by USPS. Your package has been returned by USPS because of an 'Insufficient Address' caused by the fact that you have not provided your apartment number. Best Purchase Ever!
I found it has the cheapest option and this is my first time trying to buy contact lenses through online store and of course OptiContacts. I filled in the form online, sent my prescription through email (after they contacted me to verify my prescription, so I knew right away that they are legit online store), and was notified when the package had shipped. The customer service people reply to the email so fast and really helpful so 5 stars for them. The package was delivered within the expected date range and properly packed when I received it. This definitely has blown my mind! All the service was good although I only bought 1 box (also because I want to try buying syuff from them first). Will definitely continue shopping from OptiContacts and recommend to everyone. Cheaper price and don't need to go to the optometry center, what else can be better.

Terrible experience - STAY AWAY!!!
Terrible experience. Ordered Ultra Flex contact lenses as pictured on their website and they sent me Biosphere lenses instead, insisted that they were the same. They are in violation of FTC regulations for sending me items that were not prescribed to me. They finally reluctantly agreed to a return, then only sent me a partial refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY!

For your reference, Biomedics/UltraFlex is often packaged as: Aqualens, Aquatech, Clinasoft, Diagnostics, Hydroflex, Hydrovue, Optiflex, Optiform, P Label Disp., Polysoft, Procon, Proflex, Prosite, Permaflex, Optimedics, Mediflex, Sofmed, Softech, Softique, Softmed, Softview, Veraflex Eyemed, Versaflex. They are all identical in every way except the packaging. We normally ship the Biomedics label.' The FDA's The Contact Lens Rule states that 'if the prescription specifies private label contact lenses, sellers may substitute identical contact lenses made by the same manufacturer and sold under a different name'. We apologize for any confusion but we sincerely hope you will see we have not shipped you a random product, but the exact same product ordered just under a different label. Unbelievable!!
I seriously cannot believe the price I got on these contacts. I where mono vision toric lenses and they are not cheap. I was able to get my contacts for over a $100 cheaper for a year supply than anywhere else. I ordered on Friday and had them in my hands exactly one week later and that included a holiday. I will never order anywhere else!

Buyer Beware... Use them to get yourself a better price at 1-800-Contacts
I went to buy contacts for my son. The contacts, normally $40/box elsewhere were only $27.95 at OptiContacts. I was excited since that was a $12.05 discount per box. When you are buying 24 boxes that is a big savings. What they tried to hide was the $63 dollar processing fee at the bottom of the checkout screen. So not as big as a discount so I just called 1-800-contacts and they did a price match and saved me an additional $10 off the OptiContacts Price and shipped them overnight for free.

I needed my contacts in a rush
I needed my contacts in a rush. I'm not sure if anyone else out there hates wearing glasses but I do and a small mishap by my two year old left me with one pair of old contacts. I did my order on Thursday evening and chose 1 business day UPS shipping (the fastest OptiContatcs.com offered) When I get the tracking number the next day it says for a Monday delivery. I was a little upset. I assumed Friday would be the business day and it would be at my house by Saturday (since UPS works Saturday) but I thought whatever, I can make what I have last until Monday. Monday rolls around and it says my package was delivered. I come home and can't find the package so I check the UPS delivery confirmation and it says it's delivered GARDEN CITY, NY, US and my address (and shipping address) is in SACRAMENTO, CA. So then I call UPS to see if it's a mistake on their part and they confirm that it was not addressed to ship to my home (so a fault on OptiContacts). Now, I'm getting upset but I'm sure when I call in the morning they will get this straightened out. I just got off the phone with customer service, it's Tuesday morning, and the rep says that is the wrong tracking number which is obviously wrong because if they shipped it and just included the wrong tracking number my order would be in my hands and I let him know that. I said I need my order what can you do for me. He says he has to check with the shipper and he can get back to me by the end of the day. I said I at least need to get my super rush shipping cost refunded to me and he says there is nothing he can do until everything is sorted out. So here I am stuck with all the money for a new order (from a different company) tied up with a company that has no clue where my order is waiting for someone to hopefully email me by the end of the day. I will post an update when I hear back. UPDATE: As their reply below states, they sorted it out the day I called and I got my contacts the next day. Product was correct. Updated to 3 stars as it was still highly inconvenient.

Terrible customer service and sneaky
Terrible customer service and sneaky. Received an e-mail with an offer for a voucher. Took me a long time to be able to buy it. The website asked me to log out and then log back on, etc. Then, long time on the phone to be able to do it only to find out that it is impossible to be able to redeem it for the contact lenses I wanted. Very sneaky and they waste your time. They try to get you to buy a voucher which they will not honour and put all sorts of impossible restrictions. Beware with this devious company.
