DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTELY SCAM. They first started off by telling me the contacts were not in stock. They made no indication of this when I ordered them but insisted that they would be on time for my departure abroad. They were not. I called them again, hoping that someone could help me but they didn't know any information of the order and insisted that it would arrive within the next 10 days. At this point, I accepted and decided that I could simply have a friend bring the contacts to me as he was coming to visit me in Brasil the following month. I waited and waited but the contacts never arrived. When I began emailing them, they posed as me to the United States Postal Service saying that I was dissatisfied with the delivery job despite the fact that the shipping code they gave wasn't in their system. I asked for a refund and they said they weren't responsible. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND BLAME THE POSTAL SERVICE.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel and refund a package that has been confirmed delivered and an investigation has been opened with USPS regarding the whereabouts of the package. I am not sure if this was an opti…
I am not sure if this was an opti contacts issue, however I tried the online eye exam did the entire thing and for some reason after uploading my glasses prescription the site stopped working, That was my second attempt after the first one where it wouldn't let me passed the part of add my glasses prescription later. It was a free eye exam so not sure if that was the problem, I would have gladly paid for it if it worked.

I have ordered from here a few times, and the service is always pretty good. The reason I don't give a great review is because they send you email deals, but if you search directly on google, you find much better prices. I hate companies that do this, rip off their returning customers... No worse business practice than that. I found another place that sells the same products for the prices I find from google. I guess if you want to make an extra $10 per box on a returning customer, and cause them to look over their order and notice they overpaid because of the false "sale", that's your prerogative, but you lost a customer.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. These people are liars and thieves. They took my money have sent no contact lenses. I have called multiple times and been told lies. I called to cancel and was told there would be an immediate email confirmation and return of money. There has been nothing.

Horrible Experience
“I've been using contacts for a long time and never had such a bad experience with a company and customer service in general. I've been waiting for my contacts to arrive for 2 weeks. I wasn't worrying, since I haven't received any emails from the company that they are having any issues with the order. I checked my bank account and the card was charged 4 days after the order has been placed. However, I was using the last pair and I become concern after 2 weeks. I called the company and representative told me they couldn't process my order due to expired prescription. On my question, why no one ever notified me and my card still has been charged 4 days later, he said that they send me an email. Of course, no one ever did that because I was checking my email every single day. Who would ever wait for a delivery if they sent me an email. Representative didn't care much and he didn't try to help. The worst customer service experience ever. Will make sure to let all my friends know about it, so they wouldn't use this company.

I DEMANDED THEY REFUND MY MONEY AND THEY WONT REFUND ME MY MONEY. SHE GOT RUDE SO I HUNG UP ON HER. I WILL MAKE IT MY MISSION TO TELL EVERYONE TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Out of stock? Didn't say that!
Ordered a six pack of lenses which did not say were out of stock, yet the next day, I get a message stating they are out of stock (all of a sudden?) and try to upsell me their 12 pack! Of course, when told them I didn't want 12 they cancelled my order, but still charged my credit card! Now I have to wait 2-3 business days to use that same credit card until the money is refunded to my card. Bad customer service and will never order from them again!

They don't actually price match: Buyer Beware
They don't actually price match. So if you end up returning any lenses to them, you will end up paying a MUCH higher price due to their servicing charges, which are truly ridiculous. Buyer Beware!

I apologize for my negative review: Y’all did a great job at addressing my concerns and making the situation better. Thanks for sending me the box of contacts to tide me over til I could track down my past order. Y’all rock. Previous review: Horrible. They shipped my contacts to the wrong address, then refused to send me my order. They sent me a box on contacts as a consolation. The customer service rep straight blamed me for a confusing order process. I will never use this service again. It sucks.

According to our records, when you placed the order you processed the payment using your Pay Pal account and due to the fact that on the Pay Pal account you are using a different address it automatically populated the address from the Pay Pal account as for the shipping address. Please note that the address was updated by PayPal. This is done by PayPal as part of their security process. However, we did send you an order confirmation email immediately after the order was placed. We do this to provide an opportunity to our customers to review the order details and get back to us with any corrections (if needed). Since we did not hear back from you, we had no reason to believe that the address was incorrect. The order was eventually shipped exactly as placed. We have started an investigation with USPS in hope they can maybe retrieve the package and we shipped you 1 box/eye to hold you over while they look into this. REVISED: Still waiting.....and unsure of this company.
Had to cancel my order last year because they didn't bother to process it after waiting a week. Decided to give them another chance, very skeptical this time around. Placed order 4 days ago, the order was assigned a tracking number 2 days ago, yet it still has not shipped. They advertise 3-7 day delivery once the order has shipped, but it's no telling how long it takes them to process an order and hand it off to USPS. Be aware of this if you are ordering. UPDATE: Order was received within 4 business days of initially placing order. USPS status did not update even though order was shipped, therefore showing "ready to ship" for almost 3 whole days. Quick processing and delivery, will be ordering again.

This company is horrible
This company is horrible. I ordered contacts and after I ordered them I was informed the contacts were on back order. I waited for two weeks and was informed my contacts were in their warehouse. I was told they would ship in 24 to 48 business hours. I then checked on them two days later after hearing nothing and was told they would ship in 24 hours. I contacted them two days later, the following week and then was told that they didn't even have my contacts in the warehouse. They are still unsure of exactly how long it will be until I receive my contacts. Their customer service is terrible and I recommend you using another company.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, like the last time I used these guys. Every time I order through them, they say they can't read my prescription (even though it is a clear picture of the sheet I was given by my optometrist) and need permission to confirm it with my doc. I give my permission, then they squat on my order for NINE DAYS before doing anything. My order finally says "shipped," yet when I go to the tracking information, USPS shows the item has NOT been shipped. USPS created a label for it and is "awaiting package." DON'T SAY IT WAS SHIPPED IF IT IN FACT WAS NOT. Prices are what attracted me here, but I will never use them again.

Since the prescription is unclear it is our duty to make sure you are receiving the proper lenses to correct your vision. That is the reason we asked for permission to contact the doctor. the delay in shipping the order was not cause in any way by the prescription verification. The type of lens you have ordered usually ships in 3-5 business days. This is listed on our website and we have also sent you an email to remind you. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered from this company before an had no problems. Ordered my contacts on 11/27 and went back and forth with them over my prescription. Finally sent a copy of my updated rx to them and never heard back. Emailed them this morning 11/29 and they said my rx didn't match the order. Called in and asked why I never heard back from them, for two days and they stated that they emailed me back. Asked to speak with a manager as they wanted to charge me additional shipping because they screwed up and didn't reach back out. Anyone can say they sent an email as an excuse. They had no problem charging me for the order before it was confirmed. Horrible customer service. I will never order from them again. The Manager also had a very nasty tone with me and did nothing to offer to help with the situation. If you order, definitely call them.

Company refuse to accept discounts
Company refuse to accept their own coupons. We subscribed to their email offers. Little did it help but the company refuses to accept their own discounts. Even customer service were laughing at the customer request to resolve the issue. *** UPDATE *** when the price for a product have fluctuated only a few cents in the last 17 months shouldn't that be considered the regular price and not a sales/promotional price?

TERRIBLE COMPANY. TERRIBLE SERVICE. They sent me an offer for a 50% off gift certificate good to purchase anything on their site. I bought the gift certificate and then bought the contact lenses. They then canceled my order because I got too good a deal. They called me to tell me that their site should not have accepted my purchase.

Hidden fees
This review is soley for the company NOT the product. I purchased contacts (Biofinity Toric which are somewhat more expensive) on Dec 18th which were advertised for $29.95 per box and that seems like a great compared to $45 in other places. Once I went to checkout, their hidden fee all of a sudden appeared and it brought the average per box an extra $8.50 (I purchased 2 boxes and it was about $17) in “other fees” plus an extra $5.95 for shipping. That’s ridiculous in my opinion and bad business practice. The delivery wasn’t bad but for the size and weight of the package, I’ve sent packages out for less than their $.5.95 (I assume that’s including a delivery fee as well). It took a week to get to me which I think that’s fair. For future purchases, I don’t believe that I’ll do business with this company again.
