Honestly
Honestly, these are the best pair of shoes I've ever had. I grew up poor so shoes were a luxury and weren't meant to be worn to school only. So I was barefooted most of my youth. I've worn name brand shoes and off brand through life. All those were very narrow with very few options for wider feet. I love these shoes so much I bought a pair for my best friend and my partner. I'm currently moving to another city and was packing and unpacking all day... My feet usually after 8 hours of standing. Not a single ache after the full day of working and driving. The only drawback is when I get them wet the are rather slippery.

Sizing, customer service
Returned two of three pair for sizing issues. All exactly the same style and size of previous purchases, but 2/3 too small. STILL no credit. I repurchased two more pairs during the sale. As much as I love your shoes (six pair) I'm not sure I'll purchase again.

Don't buy during the big sales events!
Mixed up order with another customer and since they were sooo busy, had to wait about 3 weeks to get any response to a resolution. Product is great, customer service needs work during big events.

I love the company
I love the company, the shoes are phenomenal. Tue vision and integrity, passion for people and the health of their bodies living life feet first is fantastic! Whenever I have had issues or sizing miss matches customer service have addresses my concerns with professionalism and care. There was a time when the only flat and wide shoe I could find was senuk... I'm overjoyed that I have many more comfortable and stylish options available. Obviously zero is doing a good job, so many companies are relocating their work now. What makes me even happier to support this brand is the owners had a vision, knew their value, and stuck with it. Turning down the arrogant shark tank offer and putting one foot in front of the other to serve their clients with integrity and value. Between my wife and I we have over 7 pairs purchased so far. As my kids get older and my shoes wear out, I will be buying more zero shoes. So long as the brand stays true to quality and service over the temptation to sell out for heartless cash, I will be a lifetime shopper of zero shoes as my exclusive footwear. Especially if there is always a dress shoe option. Next challenge would be to make a wide toe box roller and or ice skate!

I cannot say enough great things about Xero Shoes! They offer exceptional customer support and have fabulous products! I have several pairs of shoes and wear them everyday and for every ocassion! They also have a very reasonable warranty program that makes them stand out when compared to a traditional sneaker brand. I have been sporting Xero Shoes for 3 years and I don't ever plan to stop! Barefoot believer!
I have 5 pairs of Xero shoes in my closet and they are all incredibly durable for being so thin. The toe box is just wide enough for my feet and the styling of most of them is great. I went barefoot with all my shoes two years ago and Xero is a big part of my life.

Xero shoes - All I wear!
I've lost count of how many pairs of Xero shoes I've bought over the past several years and now it's nearly all I wear. Everything from general walking (Prio), hiking (Mesa Trail), dress shoes (Phoenix), and boots (Ashland). So comfortable for my wide feet and no more squished toes. Customer service has been great as I occasionally do need to return them for a different size. Recently I bought a new to me style (HFS) and it did not disappoint!

My feet are so much happier now…
With my previous standard running shoes, even the supportive shoes the first mile of every run was always painful like I was getting plantar fasciitis. I love my Xero shoes, specifically the HFS running shoes. My feet adapt to any road surface quickly and that first mile now is completely pain-free as is every mile of every run.
