Xero shoes - natural fit and comfy
Love my new Glenn shoes from Xero Shoes. Xero Shoes website is easy to use, and their sizing advice (no shoe sizes are exactly the same) from real people who have worn the shoes is very helpful. Comfy shoes with room for all my toes that allow my feet to be normal feet.

I love my zero shoes
I love my zero shoes, I have multiple pairs, the Prio's, HFS, There mid hiking. Boots, there winter boots. I love them all very comfortable and feels great on my feet. Great shoes. Thank you for a great product. 👍🥰🤗

My Xero shoes
My Xero shoes are very comfortable like barefoot but safer!! I have numerous pairs and where them all the time for all occasions! Customer service was excellent and my shoes came as and when promised!!

I have XERO Mesa trail II and Prio
I have XERO Mesa trail II and Prio. Mesa trail I use for running. I like the tread, flexibility, and minimalist feel. Prio I use for CrossFit and general lifting. They could be fitted a bit more snug in midfoot zone, but I am overall happy with them.

Such a Disappointment!!!
Ordered and paid on day 1. Then, I waited 8 days (not competitive) to get my Xero shoes. Then, the soles came apart from the uppers only 26 days later! Then, it takes Xero 11 days to reply with a standard email because they provide no phone support. Then, another 24 days pass before I finally receive my replacement shoes!!! After far too many emails I’ve paid for 64 days of Xero shoes but only actually had them for 26 days! Guess that’s better than Zero. And still no personal touch after years of loyalty.

One of my favorite companies!
Xero shoes is a wonderful company with great products and customer support. I lost count of how many pairs of Xero shoes I have purchased over the years. Their shoes are very well made, comfortable and last for years. Their customer service is also very good, my questions get replies right away and they are always very helpful.

The wide toe box and flexibility works really well. The aesthetics is good but can always be better. Curious if you have an Ambassador / Sponsorship program? Shoes that fit
I have long middle toes so finding shoes that fit is difficult. Zero fits well. I do wish the toe box were a little wider, but they are the best fitting shoe I've found so far.

Toss the cushioned shoes and go Xero!
I have over 10 pair of Xero shoes and I just love them. Before getting my first pair, I was one who bought highly cushioned shoes plus wore orthotics. Never dreamed of wearing a minimalist shoe. But now, if I don't wear my Xero shoes, my feet hurt. I have casual, fitness, hiking, and boots. Each pair required NO break-in period and I was able to wear for hours, right out of the box. And I get compliments from people on every pair. I have convinced so many friends to try them and they have all been equally happy.

I love xero shoes!
The sale was a great deal for me so i could grab a couple new pairs of sneakers to replace my 4yo prios. the soles are still new looking, but they are separating from the shoe at this point. I wore them for EVERYTHING -- workouts, errands, small hiking, running, etc. Hopefully my new HFS and Prio shoes will stand up just as well, for just as long! I have sandals and daylight hikers & xcursion fusion hikers too. They're all good shoes. seem to wear well, and i'm pretty rough on shoes. I have put a lot of miles on most of them and there's barely any wear showing on the soles. I will say that if you have a wide foot you'll want to size up with xeros. I am a woman and always get men sizes because the ladies are too narrow and too small for me. (sad, because i'd love a phoenix and a gracie, but they just squash my toes too much, BUT i have great shoes for everyday use by getting the men's sizing options in the other styles)

The shipping to Canada is a joke
The shipping to Canada is a joke. It takes way too long. You can’t get any answers about when it will be delivered. Xero Shoes takes 0 responsibility for the shipping, telling me to contact the shipping company and tell them not to deliver them since they would arrive after I was leaving for vacation. You can’t get through to them by phone now. They blame a sale that happened about 4 weeks ago! Worst service!! I have returned the shoes and they received them 3 weeks ago but I haven’t heard from them about when I will get a refund. And all this will cost me the shipping to me, the return shipping and the fees from the shipping company!!

We’re so sorry to see that the carrier wasn’t able to deliver the package in time for your vacation! Shipping to Canada can sometimes take 2-3 weeks, but it’s usually much quicker. Also, HUGE apologies on the delayed response, we’re finally catching up from the thousands of inquiries that we received during our recent sale, so unfortunately our response times were nowhere near where we’d want them to be. Normally, our response times are MUCH faster. We really appreciate your patience, and we’re sorry for the frustration.
