Great bike
Great bike, but a bit heavy.

This ebike is very well constructed, very sturdy. Though a little heavy for you to lift alone, you can fold the bike and put it in the bed of your truck/car to take camping. Warmly, Wolf - Wallke eBike Team

This bike is a beast!! But I wish there were more accessories...
The layout for the website is basic. An app would be awesome! The response time for replying back to my emails was pretty fast which was nice (thank you Wolf). The only thing I would like to see is more accessories in the shop for my bike such as a bike rack, bag, brighter headlight, tires, etc. I've been looking on other websites to buy accessories but I don't know if they will fit. I'd rather just buy directly from Wallke. Great bike though!! (but a little heavy). I get lots of compliments and people are always asking me about it. Joe H. Warren, MI

Awesome bikes

Everything from eta communications via…
Everything from eta, communications via email reply and the description of the bikes and the assembly for us to do ( do not over tighten for its aluminum frame) we added loctite to the bolts which I think should be in package and be recommended .Our friends talked us to purchasing fat tire ebikes they bought a different brand paid 5000 each for the ones they got for they are dual motor driven on demand 1000 watt. But we don't need that for we are not climbing lots of rough terrain hills. These bikes have handled almost every hill so far on full assist one hill would not make it on full assist but id no problem on peddle assist we want exercise also peddle assist is our go to.The wallke bikes actually have a superb suspension system to the other bikes on the market including the ones they bought. Battery life is great gone 34 miles on peddle assist 1 and still have 80% left and that's with about 3 hours of using the light.. the only thing I wish they included was wider seats,mirrors and a light for safety on the back. Obviously something that we did ad to them. Thanks Peace and God Bless

This one’s a keeper folks
Hello everyone. I’m a 59-year-old man with recent health issues (Heart, Back Surgeries) that has majorly impacted my physical abilities and stamina. Not any more! I will have you know that I’m a research freak and for my needs the wallke x3pro far exceeded any other Fat tire folding E-bike in its category. In addition to that many other manufacturers do not include free shipping, some do not include fenders or luggage rack, nor the quality components. Now when I originally wanted to order it they were sold out. I wasn’t too disappointed because I knew they were getting more in and this is the bike I want it. There was some shipping delays but in my opinion had nothing to do with wallke themselves. It’s just this big Covid thing that has caused many delays in many areas of our lives.. I have to say the correspondence between myself and Wallke /Wolf was exceptional and timely. When I received my bike I was notified it was delivered before I even got home. The box was in perfect condition all the parts were there as well as heavily protected with foam. Unpacking and assembly in my opinion was very easy and went together with zero glitches. As I unboxed it I immediately put my battery on The charger as I was assembling. I took my time to make sure everything was snug and thorough which only took me 40 minutes. I was so excited to ride it I did not wait for a full charge and hopped on and sailed away. I was only on it for an hour but utilize that, learning all the settings, speeds, braking, gears and also on-road / off-road. I have to say that I am over- joyed and elated with my purchase and I haven’t had so much fun on a bike since I was a child. It has plenty enough power to get me up a pretty inclined hill. My new X.3 pro sits in my large living room and I stare at it in awe 🤪 The Wallke X3pro has given me a new positive attitude to my health. I look forward to the exercise I get without over exerting myself and knowing I can get from point A-B with confidence! Satisfied customer
My wife and I bought our Wallkee bikes a couple months ago. We enjoy riding them. They have lots of power and work great. While on vacation I took a spill and broke my handle, sent email to the company and they got back to me in 12 hrs or less. The company was very helpful. Hope to get back out riding soon. Bike is too heavy and bulky even for a off road bike. I'm 6'2" and it hard for me to mount the bike....A redesign is needed badly.

Because of the additional materials and weightier frame, WALLKE Electric bikes are heavier than regular ebikes. They are very well constructed, very sturdy. This mountain bike is amazing
This mountain bike is amazing! A super stoutly beast that can push you though the toughest terrain. Lot's of power and after working it hard all day you may be surprised to find half your battery life left. How awesome is that? This is a solid machine built to last not one of those flimsy commuter bikes.

I originally ordered through Amazon and…
I originally ordered through Amazon and they screwed me around. They ended up giving me an additional smart tire pump for their "mistake" and it took forever for the bike to get here. I even offered to become a storage hub for their bikes and drop ship them from the midwest so their customers could get their orders faster. They would still rather just be lame and allow their crappy shipping times and their communication issues to deter more customers. I have ridden over 2500 miles in 3 months and could have been an excellent brand embassador but the company is run by jerks that don't care how business is done here in the US! Do not order from this company if you want a bike in the next month!

I love my bike!!!
Very rarely buy something and you loved it the minute you have it but this bike is it. Easy to put together easy to use rioting in New York City this bike can handle any bump turn anyting. From the customer service to the packaging I was impressed the whole time.

Against all odds...
Although I haven't use my new bike yet but I'm already impressed with customer care. it is literally out of THIS world. I've never seen this level of updates to my order and stand up to extremely challenging new custom conditions created by US just to make international trade more costly and difficult. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thanks to you we can still pretend that some things are semi-normal.... but they are not.

Worth the purchase

The ordering process and communication…
The ordering process and communication of when the inventory would land on shore, customs clearance all the way to tracking the shipment across the country was stellar. The bike packaging was so robust that there was no damage to my bike. Instructions were clear and I was able to unpack and assemble in just over one hour. I’ve only been able to ride a total of 4 miles this week, but I am pleased with my experience so far. I look forward to a long ride this weekend.
