2021 wallke x3 pro
we just got two of the wallke x3 pros and had a few things wrong mostly little things just like everythng in todays world. but here are a few things to think about if your buying one of the x3 pros its a big bike i wish the seat was better i had to spend another $75.00 for two new seats the seats on the bike are not a sit down and ride type of seat . the tire thing on all bike seems to be a problem and i do think they need to give you the choice to have better tires and armer the inside from factory and not have to deal with flat tires a few days after you just spent that kind of money for a bike. as far as the power goes if your on pavement or a hard trail or dirt road it seems to do pretty good but i have a lot of miles of road that is grass with a lot of hills and it seems to take the power away from the motor a lot more then when on pavment or hard dirt . but all and all it seems to be a good bike so far i will know more in one year so 11-12-2022 will really tell,the truth on how this bike holds up . so mostly with just a few small upgrades this could be one of the top ebike for sure but keep in mind this is not a mountain bike for exstream trail riding or down hill its great for just riding all over the place with out any big hills or your walking the bike up the hill for sure

My second Wallke Bike
This is actually my second Wallke bike. I had my first X3 Pro for a year and put over 1200 hard miles on it without issue. Ended up selling it locally recently and immediately placed an order for a brand new X3 Pro using the Black Friday coupon. New bike arrived on time without issue. Both Robert and Wolf at Wallke have been more than helpful with all my questions.

Great first impressions of this bike
Great first impressions of this bike. Good build quality, easy assembly, plenty of speed and power for the average rider. Good range Plenty of nice features like hydraulic disc brakes, trip computer, integrated headlight, rack system, and foldability.The only thing that I have issue with so far is some of the hardware on the brakes and hand grips stick out and can irritate my hands.

You sent me an survey before you even shipped the product. How can I give anything else but a one star as service has not been completed.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. The battery your ordered had been shipped from Wallke China factory. The FedEx TRK# was prepared in advance while we were waiting to get a container for shipping to the US. It won't be activated until the goods was scaned by the FedEx. The battery product page states that it takes 9-15 business days to be deliveried. Status: The battery arrived in the California fullfilment center. It is awaiting processing at the FedEx fulfillment center. Your parcel is still on its way to you. The delivery time depends on the third party shipping company. Hope this clarifies your concerns and we do appreciate your patience and support so far. We kindly ask for your patience a little longer. I will keep following your case. The only thing that kept me from giving…
The only thing that kept me from giving the bike a five star is a little bit weak of me to say but the phone holder when I tried to attach it didn’t seem to fit on any place that was open on the handlebars and then the soft plastic so I’m turning part just stripped out and the screw bent so I really couldn’t use the phone holder.

The Wallke X3 Pro review
The Wallke X3 Pro was shipped before Christmas as scheduled and the installation was easy and simple. There were a couple of issues with the locked screen but Robert responded right away and had been resolved and I am enjoying my ride. Everything that was advertised they delivered. Overall a solid E-bike!

Love the bike but back tire tube split after first off road ride. Poor quality inner tubes, but excellent overall product.

We are so excited you took the time to share the reviews for our Wallke X3 Pro. All the Wallke-bikes had been passed the Load/Speed Performance Test before packging. I think the inner tube is good. But I will put your feedback to our R&D team. We will have a meeting to discuss about it. Tips: Before you start to ride, please carefully check the surface of your bicycle tires, and clean the glass slag, small stones, and other hard and sharp objects on the tires in time to avoid puncturing the tires during riding.
