I love the bike so far
I love the bike so far. It's good quality and met my expectations. When I received the bike it would not shift gears. So I had to take it to the bicycle shop and and have the gears adjusted. Also it was missing a shim piece in the front fork tube wich caused the forks to have too much play in them. I got everything fixed for not much $ and now it is all good.

Hey Taylor, I'm sorry for this happened. We've installed the rear derailleur guard to protect the derailleur during shipping. In rare cases, this guard may have been pushed in during shipping. If so, you can bend it back out to a 90-degree angle using some force with your hand, which will allow the derailleur to move freely between the gears. If anything is missing or damaged, when you opened the box. You can contact Wallke eBikes immediately for assistance. Best, Wolf

This has been the most frustrating…
This has been the most frustrating situation I’ve EVER had trying to have a package delivered. I have bought previous merchandise from you and have never had any issues. I was supposed to have already received the item but I am currently still awaiting its arrival due to the fact that I was asked, not once but three times to, “update my address” but seeing as how I have already given the correct address, which btw was the same exact address that I used in prior purchases from your company, I’m at a loss as what I should do!!! I hope that after this 3rd attempt at giving the delivering company my correct address that it will be here by tomorrow but I’m seriously starting to doubt it.

Why we must send you the order confirmation. We can not modify/cancel the shipping order AFTER the package has already SHIPPED. If customer would like to change the address of his order, He must do so prior to your order being shipped. These order confirmation emails include order numbers, item, shipping information. What we did is to confirm you purchased the correct item and left a exact address. Your package had been shipped to your shipping address. I think you will receive it soon. Best, Wolf

This is a review of the overall quality…
This is a review of the overall quality of a ebike I purchased and issues with it. I have the Pro model. Just several months after receiving the bike the tubes kept popping out of the tires this happen several times as I was riding it. The stems screws also stripped and caused me to fly off the bike cause the handle bars came loose and the front tire was no longer secure. I do not trust this bike anymore

I ordered a replacement battery for $520 on 7/8 and still have not recieved it

We're so sorry if this caused you any inconvenience. The battery your ordered was shipped from Wallke China factory. The UPS TRK# was prepared in advance while we were waiting to get on the plane for shipping to the US. Status: Custom clearance completed - July, 19th It won't be activated until the goods was scaned by the UPS. The battery product page states that it takes 9-15 business days to be deliveried. Shipped fast
Shipped fast, packed very well, Works beautifully! Getting about 60 miles on full electric at full speed. No complaints at all so far. If I was to have one wish, it would be the bike was lighter, but with the sturdy construction and 2 high capacity batteries, physics get in the way of that wish….

The bike came well packed except for a…
The bike came well packed except for a pinched wire for the head light. What I didn't realize is the pedal assist can't be adjusted. The minimum speed is 10 mph. I've tried to call a phone number but only get a recording. They will respond with a text. Overall I'm very happy with the bike.

Wallke x3 pro not what I had expected!!
Wallke x3 pro in one year the motor was replaced, the front forks went bad and now the screen quit working at just a year old. Bike only has 41 miles on it. I should say that Wallke did warranty the motor and gave me a credit for the fork replacement. They did try to make things right and responded to my emails promptly.

I bought my walkie bike a year and a half ago. My experience has been wonderful. The quality is good and the customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with my brake cable and I contacted walkie for assistance. They sent me a new brake cable quickly and I couldn’t be happier with their customer service. Bye with confidence and enjoy the ride!
