Fantastic bike, not great investment
It came with numerous issues. Most were resolved quickly and without issue. Others took much longer to find and others were user errors. It's a wildly good bike. Blast to use. But not the money saver I hoped it would be.

Received defective item
Received defective item, returned it and had to file claim in PayPal to try to get my money back. The customer support is very shady, don't trust them, document everything upon arrival and file dispute if anything is terribly wrong or they will just stonewall you and waste your time to return it.

Solid bike and good email
The model I wanted was out of stock but a reasonable alternative was suggested, accepted, and shipped. The delivery came to my door. It was well packed and almost in pristine condition. There must have been one zip tie that should not have been snipped, as the front brake cable hit the wheel before I got a zip tie to secure it.

I got the wrong bike but the right customer service!
I ordered the Wallke H6 dual battery because I need long range since I live far from town. I was shipped the X3 Pro and at first was disappointed, but Wallke was very understanding and willing to correct my range issue by sending a second battery to me for the X3 Pro at my suggestion. This is a high quality bike that I would recommend to any of my friends or family. The shipping mistake was human and Wallke was willing to correct that in multiple ways and kept in contact with me until my needs were met, I am very satisfied.

Personal attention is impressive!
I had a couple of questions about my new 2023 X3 Pro Ebike that I needed help with and emailed to support. They responded back within a few hours, asked me for a couple of photos of my ebike that I was referring to and sent them in. They responded back quickly and I was on my way to my first ride. Impressive!

The bike is awesome!
The bike came fast. The packaging is excellent. The bike is beautiful, looks well made with a comfy seat. I hope it rides as good as it looks. It was also easy to put together. The instructions could have been more detailed with pictures is the only thing I would change. I give it 5 stars.
