I'm not sure if I've done more research…
I'm not sure if I've done more research and video watching when it comes to buying anything but I needed to do this right because I want it to be my last bike purchase. My Knee operations and spine fusion has made it difficult to bike in the purest form, so this was the best way to get out there. All that being said, this bike is fantastic. In every way i needed. Looks, size, power, performance and build quality. I am a happy man. Thank you

You might notice the noise happens with every pedal stroke. We suggests removing your pedals, greasing them, and making sure the washers between the pedal and crank arm are intact. I did a lot of homework when looking…
I did a lot of homework when looking for electric bikes. This product certainly looked like what I was looking for and watching all the independent reviews assured me it live up to my expectations. I ordered two bikes for my wife and I. I ordered them on a Wednesday and by Saturday morning they were delivered. These bikes were very well packaged and easy to put together. We have only had the chance to ride them once but we enjoyed the experience. We plan on taking them camping and enjoy the outdoors.

Good Job Wallke!
Great customer service. Wolf answered all questions concerning my order. Now approaching 50 miles on my X3 Pro with no issues. The bike is a head turner as people stop to ask me about it. The bike is a full size, 750 cc power with throttle and fits me well (6' 225 lbs). The front and rear suspension keep the ride smooth and the folding option allows me to store it with no problem. The hydraulic brakes are very responsive. I have other ebikes but this one is the most fun to ride on road, gravel and trails. Good job Wallke!

Wallke answered all of my questions…Great Service.
Wallke answered all of my questions within 24 hours by email. Always willing to help and even gave me suggestions on a aftermarket accessory that a lot of their customers use for water bottle cage. They kept me informed about my order at all times. After receiving the bike I emailed couple more questions and again was giving answers within 24 hours. Their service has been top-notch.

I’m not much of a reviewer
I’m not much of a reviewer, but here goes. The bike is great, but I wish I could have obtained more info about the touch-up paint product details so that I could find it myself and order it. The bike has a scratch and I was given back 20 bucks to pay for the paint, but no help finding it online. I’m still waiting to find out if my first guess is correct or not. I’ll be disappointed if not.

Outstanding. Customer service engaged me soon after my purchase. Shipping only took five days. I love my Wallke ebike. I've taken it about 20 miles so far on rugged terrain and the battery is still at 45 percent.

The bike is as advertised
The bike is as advertised. The customer service is not as good as I'd like. When I ordered the bike, I ordered it with an extra $480 battery. I spoke with customer service before I placed the order just in case there was an expected delay. Wolf told me the order would ship in 3-6 days and that If I wasn't at the shipping address (I was on vacation) they could change shipment destination. The bike shipped and the battery did not, which is not what the shipping email I was sent said. I was on vacation in one spot for 3 weeks. I ordered the bike and battery on Feb 14 and the bike only shipped on the 15th. Again, the shipping information in my email showed both the battery and the bike shipped. I contacted Wolf on the 24th about me leaving my vacation location on the 28th and he said there was NO WAY to redirect the shipment. Mind you UPS had NOT received the battery to ship at that point. Fast forward today is the 7th of Mar and there is still no battery at my last location. I'm not sure exactly where my $480 battery is or how I am going to retrieve it. I have all of the emails between Wolf and myself. Edit: 8 March 2022 But Wolf, the battery had NOT been shipped out UPS when I contacted you. My friend works for UPS and said they had received the 'label' but not the package. She said only shipper can change the receiver address but it can't be changed until the shipper gets UPS the package. From you on February 24; "I urged him to speed up the delivery. He said the package will be shipped to the UPS fulfillment center soon. We kindly ask for your patience a little longer. Thank you for your quick response. I've sent the new address to our shipping partner. He failed to change your shipping address. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this shipping problem might have caused you." The $480 battery is now around 1100 miles from me.

Hi Terry, I think there's a misunderstading here. Since your order was shipped out to you, the shipping address cannot be modified. We stored some necersary accessories in house, but our battery is unavailable now. The battery your ordered had been shipped from Wallke China factory. The UPS TRK# was prepared in advance while we were waiting to get a container for shipping to the US. It won't be activated until the goods was scaned by the UPS. The battery product page states that it takes 10-17 business days to be deliveried. Ready to rock this bad boy!!!
Had a issue with shipping not Wallekes fault. Bike looks great no shipping damage. Doing some of the upgrades I’ve seen online. Just a couple of things, the fenders are metal👍🏽and rack was pre installed👍🏽Can’t wait to get out. .

Great customer service
At 200 miles on my x3, the bracket holding the rear fender to the frame broke and the resulting damage to the rear fender was traumatic and rendered the fender unusable . I emailed wallkee and within 24 hrs a new set of fenders were shipped! Just plain fantastic customer service for a fantastic product.

I received my bike several days earlier…
I received my bike several days earlier than I was promised. Very happy about that. The assembly was pretty simple. Came with tools which made it even easier. I’m 200 pounds so my first ride I tried beating up on the bike to see how solid it was. And yes it’s a very solid bike and I was able to ride it in the sand which was crazy. Not that I would recommend riding bikes in the sand to screw up the bearings. I would highly recommend this bike.

I purchased the X3 Pro
I purchased the X3 Pro. It's a nice e-bike. It included the rear rack and fenders. The 750W motor is adequate for good sized hills. The pedal assist can be reprogrammed to more settings. Resetting the factory installed settings are easy and intuitive. This can be viewed on a YouTube video by Wallke Bike and also other users. The display is great, even in direct sunlight. The FedEx shipping was fast. Unfortunately FedEx left it on the road at my driveway entrance which is 300 ft away from my house. The only problem with the bike was the Shimano Altus 8-speed rear derailleur was not adjusted properly. When using high gear (#8) the chain slips and jumps out of gear. However gears 1-7 are fine.

Everything is great in terms of the…
Everything is great in terms of the quality of the bike except the brake pads. Why you would use top quality parts on everything and then skimp on the brake pads is confusing. Rear pads squeak very loudly after the first ride. I've looked online and my bike's issue is not an isolated incident. Why do you use inferior pads on a first class bike??

If you have a squeak, squeal or pinging noise that occurs while you are riding at regular intervals, it is usually a caliper alignment issue or a bent rotor that is causing your brake pads to rub as you ride. Check to make sure this is the problem by lifting your wheel off the ground and giving it a spin. If the wheel does not spin freely and comes to a stop, you have a brake rub issue! One more thing, new brake pads need to bed-in for optimum performance. Thank you for letting me know about the brake pads issue. I’m going to talk to our team.
