I never received my order
I never received my order. I called 2/26/24 and they said my order did not make it to warehouse and that they would send it out that day. I waited another week and called 3/4/24 and was told my order was canceled. I did not cancel my order and I don't know what happened. I never received a call or email regarding my canceled order. I was very upset as I really like Dr. Colbert's books and I am sure he would not approve of how his business is run.

SHIPPING WENT WRONG
SHIPPING WENT WRONG! INSTEAD OF SENDING TO MY ADDRESS THROUGH P.O. IT WAS SENT BY FEDEX, ON THE FORM VALUE WAS $219.95 (MY ORDER WAS $194.26! I WAS CHARGED $26.85 ( WAS LOTS OF PAPER STUFFED INSIDE) MAKING IT HEAVIER! ALSO ON THE FORM WAS BLOOD PRESSURE SUPPORT ONLY! THATS NOT TRUE OF THE ORDER AMOUNT & PRODUTS! I DON'T APPRECIATE THE WAY THIS WAS SENT PLUS THE EXCHANGE & THE SHIPPING COST YOU ARE CHARGING, THE WAY YOU HAVE YOUR SYSTEM NOW IS A DOWN GRADE TO WHAT IT WAS BEFORE!

Take back your rotten product glutathione
I did not want recurring purchases now I have to contact the company to get them to stop sending me that horrible product it smells like rotten garbage and I hate it its called glutathione and a waste of money!!!

Very poor customer service and low product information
There is no one to answer question about the products. When you call it takes a long time to get to a customer representative and they tell you that they are not authorize to answer question about the product. They will not allow you to speak with anyone in Dr. Colbert"s office There is not sufficient information on the product labels about what the product is good for.

Items A’s in shipment and I’m still waiting for what I ordered in December
My shipment did not come on time. Items were missing from the shipment, but I was not notified that they were on backorder. My two calls were not satisfactory to me when speaking with someone from Divine Health, the wrong item was substituted and that I mean the lemon lime fiber was not given to me in my order, but rather a berry fiber was sent to me for no reason at all, because I never ordered it, I am totally dissatisfied and still waiting for parts of my order

I was charged twice for 1 order/ $125
I was charged twice for 1 order/ $125. When I called, they said it was their mistake & would send me an address form, so I could send the 2nd order back. I have never received it & I have called 3x. They, also, refuse to remove the 3nd $125 from my Visa & I am being charged interest on it. I am really disappointed with Dr. Colbert’s employees. I thought he had higher standards. Delivery of product fine
Delivery of product fine. However, disappointed in product itself Dr. Colbert’s vanilla flavored collagen powder . Is difficult to dissolve whether in room temperature water, cold water or hot water at clubs up in the taste is not that great I’m surprised because I have a lot of respect for Dr. Colbert. I’ve read several of his books and he’s very knowledgeable but the collagen powder is not up to par.

I placed my order in December and heard…
I placed my order in December and heard nothing back from Divine Health regarding my order. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not received an email from Divine Health that my order was received, nor have I received the product at this time. I left an email, and left a voicemail message with no return message on my inquiry. They did receive my payment from Paypal and that is the only way I know they received the order. Better communication is needed.

Don’t do a subscription!
I have left messages twice to cancel my subscription . I never received a phone call back and they still continue to charge my card and send me powder. I guess once you order you can’t stop.

Don and Mary, I love you to the moon and back! I have followed you for over 30 years. I had a special needs daughter for 39 yrs. With severe medical issues and disabilities. Your products have helped us for so long. I buy many of your products and love them! I trust you and your products. But you guys, you have a terrible website. The navigation is horrible! First I should be able to get into my account and place things in my cart and they stay there until I am ready to order. As it is now, the moment one wrong move and I lose everything. I have to constantly keep putting product back in my cart. It literally took me a couple of hours to accomplish an order. I was researching several of your newer products and kept losing the cart. Also I’m really disappointed that we now don’t get the extra 15% off for ordering 3 of one product. I order twice a year in bulk. I wait for the 25% off then order 3-12 of the same products to get a bigger discount. It’s the only way I can afford to do it. I live on a fixed income. So I have to make every penny count. I’m a single 68 years old. I have many health issues and your products help me so much. With inflation like it is I couldn’t order what I would normally order now that the additional 15% is gone. I know you have a heart of gold and I know inflation has probably hit your business as well. Just don’t forget about us. Frank Davis at Optivida has increased his products so much they are out of reach now. I feel like yours are now becoming out of reach. Love you guys! Thank you for all you do for the body of Christ!
