Very bad experience waiting weeks for…
Very bad experience waiting weeks for two large orders because of two items not in stock. The website didn't show those items as out of stock when I placed the order. As a matter of fact it never did the weeks following. I'm still waiting for a promised email from one of three contacts that I made during my weeks of waiting. The email is supposed to tell me how they wI'll compensate me for my waiting for products that I needed that were in stock and could have been shipped. I still haven't received any products but have been informed that they have been shipped. We shall see I guess.

I returned products because they made…
I returned products because they made me ill. One bottle had never been opened. I have given customer service the tracking info showing these products were delivered and customer service informed me they would check into this matter and get back to me. That was more than two weeks ago. I have called and left messages at least two times after that and still have not received a response. I ordered from this website because I believed I would be treated in a fair and godly manner. It seems I was wrong.

August 23, 2019 I am a new user of Keto Zone. That said, please be aware that I have been patient with your services. However, it is getting to be a concern for future uses of Keto Zone?? Each order I have placed has been delayed. I have to call after 7-10 days, even when I have paid for shipping, to find out why it is late? Each time I am told it is on back order! I asked for info on another distributor and was told there aren't any others. The Texas warehouse is my only option. I can't afford, like my Pastor, to order 6 months in advance to prevent being out of product before delivery. I order when I open the last jar of a product which gives me 2 weeks to receive refill. One of your sales reps said that you always show in stock on the web page but it rarely is?? And you do not notify the customer ahead of time? I was confident that these issues would not occur considering we are buying from a Dr. and his products are well dispersed across the Nation, therefore, inventory to should match demand? Honor you customers orders in a timely fashion
Terrible, terrible experience. Took a month from date of order and multiple phone calls to receive only half of the order. Very sad that you’re only concerned with sales and not the fulfillment of the orders that were placed.

I ordered weeks ago
I ordered weeks ago. I immediately received an email one item was on backorder despite the fact they were listed online as 'in stock' both before and after I placed the order. It is now a week after the anticipated shipping date - nothing. I have received my orders in separate shipments previously but it appears 'Free Shipping' is actually free shipping at Divine Health's convenience. At least it isn't expensive... oh wait.
