I wasn't notified till 3 days After my order that it was on back order. Then I sent a message just cancel for now. Said they had done separated it and sending out 2 of the items. This was not professionally done I should have been notified that evening telling me it was on backorder

I have run into this situations several…
I have run into this situations several times before. Had made it a habit due to past experiences ordering supplements, to order via phone. The question I always ask is "Is the product I'm ordering in stock? I'm not a fan of my debit card account being charged for a product when it is not in stock. I normally would go to my local health store and buy a similar product while keeping in touch with Dr. Colbert's team as to if the product is back in stock to order. I have asked more than once for the phone rep to bring up the fact to management that it would not be hard (like other sites selling products) to have sold or or on back order beneath the product. On my last order I just called in I asked if the products were in stock and was told yes. Not so it seems, as it is on back order yet my account has been debited. Could have gone to my health store and bought similar green drink product. Please look into a way where the site and phone reps really know when a product is available or not! We like your products, however, have experienced this too many times. Completely understand something sold out or the supply chain may have hit a snag, however, don't like the fact my money is debited when it could have been used at my local store.

Your website is impossible to order on…
Your website is impossible to order on my iPhone, and extremely problematic on a computer. It should not take 2 devices and 3 hours to place an order every time. Also, you were kind enough to send a replacement for a rancid product, but the replacement red turned rancid within the 1st week.

Seal Not ATTACHED to top of Jar
I ordered online the MCT vanilla powder thru Walmart. Received container with the INSIDE seal NOT attached to Top of jar!!! It was INSIDE of the LID!!! Poor safety concern! Now I have to guess : do I drive 6 miles to Walmart,spend gas money, lose Time researching a refund and doing this troublesome “cookies”survey🤷♂️👎🏻🤦♂️(!)?

I ordered items on November 20th and…
I ordered items on November 20th and called in November 25th to check on the status of shipping, I was informed that both items are out of stock and one item will not be available until December 14 or 15. I have dealt with the same problem several months ago, I have done business with this company on a regular basis. And the service have been substandard. When an item is not in stock a person should not be able to place the order and there should be a indication that item is unavailable. Not pleased with the service.

Lack of respect for giving customer , update that your products are on back order soo the whole order is on hold and NOT,notifying me, that this is happening
I will place an order online ,get know response from" company" that certain items are out of stock ,when ordering or even after wards #2 because 1 item is out of stock whoever is in charge holds the whole order until that one item comes in, they do not let me know there doing this. Could be weeks ! I am constantly calling the company because I get no info from the company,they are holding the whole order for one item. #3 Dr. Colbert is an awesome Dr. in every way, and so is his products, but whoever is in charge of managing ,shipping out the products, notifing the customer when the order is being ,shipped or NOT, because items are on back order, needs some help with their organization skills !!! If it wasn't for Dr. Colbert and his great products ,I would of canned this company a long time ago !!

It’s been 16 days since we ordered and we’ve received no correspondence
It’s been 16 days since we ordered. Our credit card was charged for almost $200. We called and were on hold for more than 10 mins, we emailed and no one replied. I guess we will contest with our credit card company.

We love the products but are beginning…
We love the products but are beginning to become frustrated with the receipt of orders, especially when we pay extra to receive orders earlier. We have a situation even at this moment with another order where we paid the expensive Fed Ex fee on Wednesday for 2 day so we would have it before we leaving out of town for Tampa, FL early Monday morning. Problem
I have emailed three times and called and left a message about the 3 jars of defective mct powder that was essentially wet sand, not powder. It has been a week and nobody from the company has gotten back to me. I hope to hear from someone soon about this.

Disappointed and wondering what's happened to Divine Health.
This review is the result of being sent a "reminder to review" Don Colbert MD products. I've always reviewed with a 4 or 5 in the past. I gave one star this time because I ordered products July 20, 2020. Today is August 18 -- I still don't have any of them. I did send an email to customer service about a week ago and I will say that they were prompt to answer, which I did appreciate. No product yet though.
