I made a second order with the Doc-never received
I made a second order with the Doc, and never received an email or notification that the product was on back order, but they received my money. Three weeks later, I reached out to see where the product was, and then they told me it was on back order. So I felt like i had to chase down the product weeks after the order. that was frustrating.

Not Happy
Never received my order, said it was back ordered, I put it in July 5th, called to find out what was going on. Not impressed, I won't order again, apparently they need my money, good deal, kept my money, kept the product. Nothing divine about that!

I ordered my product July 5th & paid…
I ordered my product July 5th & paid for it through PayPal. I have not recieved it. I was never informed it was on backorder. I have recieved several emails advertisements to buy more products but no information at all about my order. I have called twice & both times my ship date was moved up but still vague. I now have a possible August 1st ship date...

If I could give this company negative…
If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I purchased three (3) items from the company and did not receive a notice that the items had been shipped. I inquired on the status of my purchase through the website and my account. The products did not ship (In processing) and it had been three weeks since the purchase. I emailed the company and asked what was the issue. The email I received back stated the one on the items had been on backorder. I asked for the company to credit back the item which was on backorder and ship the other two (2) items. Well, the company never returned the amount from the item on backorder, nor did they ship the other items. Another week went by and I finally contacted the company via phone. I spoke to an associate who forwarded my concern to another person in charge that was currently busy on another call. I was told the person would call me back regarding my issue. The return call never happened. After being placed on hold for approximately 20 minutes, I was able to receive a refund. The customer service and the lack of response from their company were horrible. Do not buy directly from the website. It can be found cheaper on Amazon and even Walmart.

I ordered a starter pack but it's on back order and no one even bothered to contact me and let me know, I've been waiting weeks. I think I'll get other supplements from the Vitamin store from now on.

Shipping and delivery...no good
Sadly, I have to report that I am no longer going to receive MTC oil powder on automatic shipment. The product is wonderful but the shipping is completely unacceptable! I had been on auto-ship for almost 2 years...there were at least 8 different incidents where shipping was delayed. Too bad they can’t seem to get a handle on this problem.

My automatic shipment was supposed to…
My automatic shipment was supposed to be cancelled and it was not. I had wanted to buy 2 Turmeric's instead and I emailed back and forth several times. I was told that I would have a return label sent to me and it has been weeks now and no label to return the items that I did not want and that were supposed to be cancelled. I also requested that a return label be emailed to me so I could print it myself and that also was never sent to me. The follow through has not been good via email.

LOVE Dr.Colbert! LOVE Ket products! HATE dealing with Divine Health! I like the MCT Oil Powder so much i got it on auto ship so I wouldn't run out. WRONG!!! This product is regularly on back order. Every month was a NIGHTMARE when I called to verify shipment. Sorry, it's on back order. Dont' know when it will ship out. On one occasion it was in stock but my back order was not being shopped YETt.This company is a NIGHTMARE to deal with.Even getting through to a human is difficultFirst one must listen to a several minute long commercial from Dr. Colbert on howgreat the product is befor a rep answers. I checked this product out on Amazon - IN STOCK!! and $15.00 cheaper than Divine Health. Save yourself the nightmare BUY THIS FROM AMAZON.

July 18, 2019 Most of the Divine Health products were quite acceptable but I had problems with 3 different products - red & green super food & the collagen. After speaking with Robert in customer service, I returned these products for a refund. My post office tracking number shows that my return package was received by a person at their facility in Carrollton TX on May 23 at 11:53 AM. Robert replied to me on June 24 with this message "a refund was issued last week and that amount should be back on your card" I STILL have not received my refund nor was I told what the exact refund amount would be (since I was only returning a portion of my order) This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any on-line purchases!

Very POOR Quality Control.I will not buy again! I received a bottle of MCT that was less than 2/3 full but thought that was nirmal until I ordered another from Costco that was filled to brim! The first bottle only lasted 2 1/2 weeks so I truly was cheated. I bought a second one from Costco and it was filled to brim too! I send email to Dr Colbert explaining what happened- NO REPLY WHATSOEVER They have no customer service standard except POOR Your response to my review above is incorrect. It clearly says MCT powder was not filled completely. So you all cannot even correctly decipher a review. I reiterate : Your follow-up customer service is POOR also. If you left a message by phone this could have been resolved, but that must also be too difficult! Due to Robo calls who answers unknown numbers?

The Item you had purchased was the Ketozone Instant Ketones. This item is a 21 day supply product and should last you 3 weeks with flat scooped helpings. This item would be different from the Ketozone MCT oil powder which would be a 30 day supply product and would last you a full 4 weeks. We appreciate your business! Not happy
I've always been a big fan of Dr. Colbert and his books/products, but I purchased the Keto Zone Instant Exogenous Ketones Powder (Coconut Cream Flavor) paid $69.99 for it (for only a 21 day supply and cost $77.34 with shipping!) I was very unhappy with it. The problem was that the taste was horrible, it made me gag, I couldn't get it down, it ruined the taste of every drink I put it in, it didn't work for me and when I complained about it no one even bothered to respond to me. My suggestion was to offer small sample size packs of the product so that customers could try it before spending so much money. Oh well, guess the company doesn't care about customer service...

I ordered several items and after 2 weeks when I hadn't gotten them I called and was told they were on backorder. It would have been nice to receive an email letting me know they were backordered and when to expect them.

Ordered product and was not advised…
Ordered product and was not advised until a day or two later product was on back order and is holding up complete order. Never an option to ship incomplete. Needless to say this will more than likely be last order, still waiting and it's been about 4 weeks now.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Back ordered product and no contact to let me know. Only after I contacted the company when 2 weeks had come and gone with no correspondence did I find out they delayed whole order due to one back ordered product but didn’t tell me in case I could swap it out with another just to get my whole order quicker. Common sense really these days when it comes to ecom and best practices. No offer to make things right either. Sorry, but the backend needs improvement. I believe they may be using a separate drop shipping company to ship the products (if it’s in-house, oh my). Reflects badly on Dr C. Likely not returning as a client. Not a good experience.

I had cancelled an order from your…
I had cancelled an order from your company. Cancelled on June 10th 2019, it took me 23 days to get my money back into my account. 7 times I had to call and spoke with Robert. Found out my money had been put into someone elses account, by the time I got it back it was July 3rd. I find this unacceptable and will not be ordering from your company again or recommending any of my friends to do so.

Took over 3 weeks for the order
Took over 3 weeks for the order. I went to the website to check the status and it said no order history. So I ordered again. The following week I received the 1st order. The 2nd order for the 1st order was done June 10th. I was billed immediately and it is now July 1 and still no order. I will be returning the 2nd order and possibly part of the 1st as the MCT coffee creamer does not taste good and thyroid and fat enzyme pills make me feel jittery
