Product order delivery very slow, no details provided
Have not received the product, nor any info on shipping details or expected delivery. I do not recall being told my order was a presale. After posting this review, I got a reply, but still no expected availability/delivery date. Availability "soon" is a meaningless term. I should not have been charged prior to shipment. Most merchants do not charge until product is shipped. UPDATE shop.drcolbert replied Jul 3 that product will ship next week.

Yes, I paid the higher rate of shipping and should of received product in two weeks. I called and they told me I would have it by Saturday and I have not received the package yer.

The Brain Zone Basic capsules need to…
The Brain Zone Basic capsules need to be improved. Every bottle has some capsules that have come open. Taking those pills gets on hands and permanently stains material. Will not wash out. Have had to throw away clothes and towels. Will not order those any more.

I have stopped autoship repeatedly
I have stopped autoship repeatedly! I even emailed and recieved a reply email stating my autoship had been canceled. Yet today my package was in the mail again and my card had been charged. At this time finacially, I cannot continue with autoship. I sm very frustrated with this experience

I ordered on April 1st from your BOGO…
I ordered on April 1st from your BOGO Free offer. No where in the post was there anything saying to put 2 in the order box to receive the free items. So when my order arrived there was only one of each item I ordered. I called the # to ask about this and was on hold for over 20 minutes so had to hang up. Sent a text and got a reply about having to get authorization on the shipping cost to send the free items. I responded asking how much the shipping cost would be and have not got a response. Disappointed
I had ordered MCT Oil Powder several years back and it was more creamier and with more of a Hazelnut taste when I added to my coffee. I really enjoyed it. It has been a couple of years since I have ordered any. This time around it is totally opposite, its like adding a little cream to my coffee. The taste is not the same. The texture use to be more powdery and smooth but now it is clumpy. When I broke the seal and took the lid off, the lid seal was not secure all away around. It popped right off on one corner, same thing happened for both the containers I ordered. I am disappointed because I think the product has been changed where the quality if not as good.

The collagen contents were changed…
The collagen contents were changed without notice, and without a paper catalog. At one time the collagen had marine collagen and probiotics. Now, it contains neither. I was disappointed that there was no notice about these changes.
