We have slept on our Personal Comfort…
We have slept on our Personal Comfort bed now for 90 days. I want to say I like the bed but there are some things I would have liked to be better. The first is that we got the P5 to be comparable to the A5 in sleep number however it is not. The P5 needs to have another comfort layer and I don't have the option to make it smart where it automatically changes as I move.

Hey Cynthia, thank you for the review. You may have gotten your numbers confused, we sell the A5 not a P5. If you have our A5, there is an option to make it a smart bed. You also have the ability to upgrade your mattress if you want more comfort layers. Please give customer service a call at 1-888-331-9324

The customer service rep i had Kimberly…
The customer service rep i had Kimberly Ludwig was top notch. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. She knew what she was talking about sent me multiple quotes and went above and beyond. Very happy with this company and her service.

Extremely comfortable
Extremely comfortable. You can tell this company cares about their product. There were no shortcuts taken. Only suggestion is they updated their video since many will use this to put it together. Two pieces are connected and not in separate boxes.

Trouble setting up bed.
I'm still disappointed with the way this bed sleeps. Am not able to set the basic bed in order to make myself comfortable. If things don't get any better I will send it back and get a refund. Personal Comfort personnel have been very kind to me in attempting to get things right, but Reverie (maker of the basic bed) has not been as helpful. I have been patient but this too is running low.

issues resolved excellently
originally, had questions, so called trustpilot number to resolve. got automated sales pitch. heard from personal comfort. called and discussed. got the real person I expected and discussed/resolved issues I like the bed. assembly went well. PC8 is an upgrade from my SC5 controls are bright in a totally dark room when activated, but learning where to set levels before sleeping.

I’ve only had our bed for about a month…
I’ve only had our bed for about a month now, still trying the adjustments but so far so good! I have leg problems so being able to raise my legs is very helpful, also being able to find a comfort level is so awesome!

Absolute Fantastic.
Absolute Fantastic. We did have some issues with delivery and setup. But they completely went out of their way to make everything correct. It is nice to deal with a company these days that actually knows what customer service is and realizes that the customer IS THEIR BUSINESS!!!

My order number is #10130070. I haven't even received my bed yet and these reviews are scaring me to death! In the first place my order isn't going to reach me until 7/29/19 and that is the day before I take my Bar Exam here in Florida. Lots of luck getting a good night's sleep before taking the Bar to practice law. In the second place you have a number of review about not getting the air bags when you receive your shipment. What's going on with that. I have enough to worry about with trying to get my law license to worry about trying to contact you people about a partial shipment. What can you say to reassure me that I didn't buy a pig in a poke?

Great purchase
I too was reluctant to make such a substantial purchase via internet without being able to see the product in person first. Everything came as promised, in the time frame promised and at the price promised. No hidden costs or unwanted up-selling. The sales staff was fantastic. There was one minor error that was fixed immediately. I had several phone calls after the fact insuring the issue was handled and to my satisfaction. They where awesome. I’m very happy with my purchase. Would do it again.

Again I know exactly what I ordered it…
Again I know exactly what I ordered it was a California king Flex top bed protector cover. But I will sent a California king which consists of two protective covers. And the fact that you guys weren't willing to work with me and exchanging this is very upsetting. I feel that I'm a valuable customer who's been quite a bit of money with your company and you did to work with me but again since you aren't willing to work with me I will go elsewhere thank you again

The bed is great! Set up is difficult
The bed is great! Both my wife and I love it. The process of dealing with sales rep online and ordering was fine. Getting the boxes (with parts delivered) was not so great. Delivery people left large boxes in driveway in the rain. Boxes not labeled so I was not sure what was in each box. Some boxes had some crush marks so I was suspect but contents proved to be undamaged. Set up was somewhat difficult. I watched online videos several times before even opening boxes. I opened everything and laid it all out. I found that each item could have been labeled better and more clearly so I would know exactly what part I was dealing with. Platform that fit on current metal queen frame was easy except for corner locks which took forever to figure out (directions horrible for this). I put the bed together on a Saturday night when everyone was out of the house. I had the directions and my memory of the videos. Internet down and customer service closed. So once I started I was on my own. Eventually got it all done with only one mistake (air bladder had to be flipped over once I realized it was wrong). It took me over 3 hours to complete. I know that I am not gifted when it comes to putting things together. I did do it and it is correct. I am sure others will find it easier. But, If you do not want to do this yourself, then this bed is not for you. Now that we have been sleeping on the bed for over 1 month, we are very happy. One plus is that my wife tends to toss and turn frequently, and now her movements do not transmit through the mattress to my side(as the queen set has two different air bladders for each sleeper).

Worth the wait...
Almost everything about personal comfort was very pleasant. The bed is awesome and my wife and I are very pleased. The customer service was good and responsive. The only down side in the whole process was the wait. It took longer than I think it should have taken, but it did come within the time promised.

One half of the bed will not inflate
One half of the bed will not inflate. I called customer services to get help with the problem. Customer services said they were busy with other customers and they would call us back. It has been 5 weeks, and still have not called back. Guess we will return this bed after the 45 day trial.

Dear Nicollette, We see that your bed was delivered on Monday June 3rd. Has the one side of the bed been deflated since then or is this a new issue? Sometimes the air control unit will need to be power cycled and that will usually fix a control unit that isn't properly functioning. We sincerely apologize for not getting back to you in a timely manner with any updates. We see a couple missed service calls back on 6/12 that came in late in the evening after 9pm ET but we didn't receive any voicemails and a month later we received this review. We are unsure where the communication break down happened and we are trying to better understand that portion. However, we are doing to get right on this and take care of you, today. I still get hot middle of night
I still get hot middle of night, but could be because I drink too much but the guys who came and set up were great, and bed really helped wife hip pain
