Supposed to be able to pay with afterpay
Was supposed to be able to use afterpay I shopped from the afterpay app I'm very disappointed it took the whole amount off my bank card

Item not as advertised
I ordered a neoprene shoulder support. What arrived was not as presented on the website, so I requested the return address. I sent the product back via the post office who have seemingly lost the package (not Kewlioo's fault). The problem is that I would not have needed to send this back in the first place had they sent what they have advertised. I'm sure they are going to reply with their standard language that they are happy their customer service team has reached out. Notice that they never say they resolved the issue. I have been in touch with Customer Service and they don't seem to care that they send you something different than what you order. In the reply, they indicate that they have made improvements the product, so it is indeed different than what I ordered. If these improvements are so great, then why don't they change the website to show the actual improved product? I wanted the smooth top on the shoulder as pictured so I could wear it under a shirt and not be noticeable. Again, I was sent a product different of what I ordered which resulted in a return that has now been lost!!!!!

Poor quality cheap material messed up after one use
Poor quality, purchased the heat trapping t shirt whilst I was out injured. So can use once back training I purchased in may, product arrived in June, I used the product once and the second time I went to use it the internal material was coming apart. Wasted £35 on this item, wrote back to the customer support team, who advised nothing they can do here go buy another one for 50% off. Absolute rubbish wouldn’t recommend

Absolute trash
Absolute trash! Paid for rushed order and found it was being shipped from overseas (China). Items did not reflect what was shown on advertisement, cheap material, poorly made! Their solution was to discount another order!!! (Pocket Compression Shorts) are trash!!! Wasted money on BS business! This is in response to their reply! Problem was not resolved so please don’t falsify your efforts to make up for poor quality merchandise! I waited way too long after paying extra for express shipping just to discover your so called goods are out of Asia! I will be the one update my review and I don’t see anyway you can suddenly improve material quality in time for when I needed them, like last week!

Poorly made
Brought sauna suit zipper did go right up very uncomfortable and poorly made. Also brought core waistband same thing poorly made zipper kept coming down pinch and bruise me. Sent them both back after back and paid for postage this was7/7/23 today they refunded me no postage refunded and US dollars value of today so I am out of pocket which is so wrong I should be refunded what I paid and postage because garments where faulty I would not buy from them again not happy with their service.

Everything went well until I was told that I had to pay extra for something that was no fault of mine. Another extra $18.70 for Canada Post to re-ship. I never heard of that before for a customer having to pay for someone else's mistake. That cost should come from Canada Post as they made the mistake. If my phone number was on the parcel, as the Kewlioo rep indicated, CP could have phoned me right away while the parcel was at a Canada post office, and saved me that money. Its not about the money so much as it is about poor service from your company. I will not order from such a company.

I would give no stars if I could - my item came damaged so I requested a refund and was told it would be processed as a reshipment request (I presumed this meant they’d send the return label as I requested so we could reship the item back for the refund). However, after waiting 3 weeks, ‘Jill’ has now told me I’m being sent another one and I can’t get a refund despite my original request for a refund. Under AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW, if a product is faulty, the CONSUMER can choose between a refund, replacement or repair… this has gone against any Australian Consumer Laws (any business conducting business in Australia must abide by ACL) THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T BUY FROM HERE Edit (in response to Reply) - Save your generic reply. Your team did not assist me. A 50% off code does not make up for the fact that i requested a refund and your team did not acknowledge that. My opinion and views of this ‘Company’ have no changed.
