I placed an order
I placed an order; however, I provided the wrong zip code for delivery. After two weeks, the USPS returned the item to Kewlioo. Kewlioo stated they would send me a replacement at no cost, but I could not return it or ask for a refund. I asked them to charge me an additional shipping cost because I wanted to be able to return the item, if it did not fit. They replied that was not an option because it had been sent to processing (ten minutes after telling me I could not return/refund). I then asked for a refund since I did not want the item any longer. Despite their written refund policy, they only offered me a 50% refund. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kewlioo, Thank you for your response; however, my problem has not been resolved. Why do you think I did this rating? Your customer service is ignoring me!!!!

The products I purchased was cheap…
The products I purchased was cheap ticket off the bag, want to put the waist trainer. All in the zipper completely fell off the same day I received it made the company aware of the issue and they tell me they have to do investigation and can I send them pictures send the pictures in the alley, telling me to prove that it came in the mail with a zipper broke, that’s not living up to there were at the quality are they return policy? They said return within 30 days but unfortunately I threw the paper away and I didn’t hear what were they send the merchandise back to poor customer service and poor

STOP! STOP! STOP Never again with Kewlioo! Amazon is the way to go with many better options with even better quality and plus FREE RETURN. Kewlioo is using tatics to trap customers in expensive returns. Here is their messages: "We apologize for the inconvenience. If you want, you can ship the product back to our warehouse but it will probably cost you more. Please note: Since our products come with Free (Regular) Shipping, for returns, as per policy, the company would not be providing any return labels. For returns, the Tracking Number is needed for us to be able to process a refund request. Also, additional shipping fees paid on the previous order/s will not be carried to the repurchase or refund. Here you can read more about our Returns Policy" Sizes are not accurate and they asked for further purchase with reduced price to keep the not suitable size. Or return to them with massive international post.

I ordered the Men's Sauna Zip Up Jacket off Amazon and it came with the women's zipper instead of a mans zipper? Do these all have the zipper on the wrong side. The zipper pull is on the right for men and this had the zipper pull on the left.

"30-Day Hassle Free Return" is a LIE
The company website says "30-Day Hassle Free Returns" but nothing is further from the truth. Go ahead and try returning something and they will do everything possible to NOT issue a refund. If you purchased a product from them, it is essentially non-returnable. Buyer beware.
