Really bad customer service
I ordered two products and neither one of them fit even though the second one was in the largest size for my item. I called and the guy told me he would have to see about talking to a supervisor to see if he is able to give a refund. This guy called back and told me he was only able to give me the full amount for the first item. I said okay then he tells me you paid over $25 but we can only give you $15. Does that sound a refund or did he just try to chest me out of my money because he is foreign? I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said will you just gonna have to wait for one to contact you buy when he went to speak to one he got a fast response. I will never ever dreadful with this company again. I'm sorry that something like good overshadowed by something like bad customer service towards customer relations. Make sure you don't get SCAMMED as I feel like I was SCAMMED. I could report this to the authorities but I don't feel like anything would be done. This is just a warning to anybody else who decides to but from this company. I had to give a one star but it deserves a 0 star.

I place an order on two different occasion and bot time the size was twice the size smaller. The first time they sent a free replacement. This time I was offered the same option but they want to charge me half the place. I ask multiple times for the return address but no answer.

I bought a sauna suit that was supposed…
I bought a sauna suit that was supposed to be my size 2x and it did not fit so I gave it to my daughter and purchased a new one 4x. I used once at the gym. When I got home and took my shirt off I noticed it ripped from my arm pit to my waist.I’m a big person about 310 pounds. It literally a garbage bag with rubber band at the opening. This was the biggest dissatisfaction I have ever had with this product. I found a replacement with Amazon that isn’t made of garbage bags. I don’t even want a refund. Just know better next time to never buy anything shown on Facebook.

Worst customer service. Reporting for fraud
They have claimed 3 times over the last 6 months that my mailing address is incorrect and I've paid 2 times to resend my item . I'm currently being humiliated through automated email replies from kewlio and still haven't received any sort of real help to get my 2 shirts. All they keep saying is to pay another shipping fee and they will resend it. I've had a dozen other companies ship to my house. This issue is pathetic.

The return policy for this company is ridiculous. I would never order from them again. I tried to return items that were too big on me and it is not eligible for return due to me keeping the first one and only paying for the shipping on the second one. Really, I do not recall the company informing me about this. So now I have two orders and am out over $100. Thank you for nothing.

THIS COMPANY IS A FARCE!! Do not buy ANYTHING!!
The only reason I gave this company one star is because I had to in order to leave a review. I purchased the t-shirt and leggings. Received the leggings first and they were too small. I contacted the seller and she asked if I wanted to keep the item and have another item shipped to me in my size- I said no- that I wanted a full refund. I was given instructions and information on how to process the return- but, I was also waiting on the t-shirt. It arrived, I took pics and returned both items- VIA UPS, for the sole purpose of being able to track the return! They received it, I have confirmation. I used a third-party vendor to pay for the items. Needless to say- this company has processed a partial refund and are acting as if I did not return the entire order! This company IS A SCAM! Their customer service team is a FARCE! They play the waiting game so as to charge consumers for products they did not receive or do not have due to a return! It’s been 8-days since I returned that order and it was received by their shipping department!! Now the third-party vendor I use is charging my account when in fact I should not be charged anything! This is unacceptable and they should be dropped as a merchant from the third-party vendor I use as well as be banned from doing business until they honor their own return and business policy!

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. They still havnt refunded me. I don't have my item. They told me to contact the postal company they used (which is their job) but I called them and it's a robot and you can't speak to anyone and online help is a robot and not a live chat. Just disgusting. Do not buy from this company!

I bought Sauna Suits and Kewlioo Pro Sauna Jacket for Men (Full/Half-Zip). It gave me a terrible rash on my body. When I try to return they gave me a hard time. I shipped the items back on June 13, 2022, and only on July 8, 2022, I did get my refund back, after long back-and-forth conversations with them. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCT. Because, when you are sweating, you will lose ONLY water weight. Sweating doesn't help you to lose fat. Sweating is a natural reaction of your body to cool down your body. The only healthy way to lose fat is calories in and calories out.

One of the worst companies I've had The misfortune in dealing with. Their products are cheaply made, small and don't last. When you ask for a refund all they do is give you a hard time. I find them very unethical and unprofessional. Avoid it all costs would be my suggestion. Follow up to their reply. You did not try to rectify the situation. The product was returned and you never gave me credit. You people are scams.

Sizes are too tight so buy a large even if you’re skinny. I bought a large and that still doesn’t fit me. I am a U.K. size 8. I wanted a full refund for both the items despite me being within my 30 days. I have been refused both times and they will not give me a delivery to post it out. This website is a scam, do not place an order. You will regret it.

Defective and No help except to purchase new ones?
Upon receiving my items, all 3 that I just purchased are defective after 1 day of usage. All 3 are showing rips! Paid for items that should not be doing this and of course it did. I called customer service and was told they can't exchange these as it has past the 7 day return/exchange window. I find that a bit of BS even though on your website, it can be returned within 30 days! I don't to return these as I just want the same products (without rips)!!!
