I ordered two shoulder braces on the same day.. 1 left and 1 right. They were shipped a few days apart and 1 ended up coming to Vancouver BC which is close to where I live. The other 1 went back and forth from China to Mississauga, Ontario for 2 weeks..The second one showed up during the third week. To be honest they were not the ones that I ordered as the ones in the picture were different. I had originally ordered them for my husband with the biggest sizing and they did not fit him. I will not be ordering anything else from this company.

It was the worst purchase I ever made I didn’t have the suit 24hrs, I wore the suit all of about 10 minutes while working out before the pants ripped in the crouch area while doing jumping jacks, and shortly after that the shirt ripped in the underarm area while jogging ,(Horrible,Horrible Horrible), On your website it’s advertised as a anti-rip sauna suit that’s so far from the truth. Never again

If I could rate this zero stars I would. I had a very bad customer service experience where I couldn’t return and get my refund back. The materials are very cheap and ripped after one use! After calling and emailing for weeks to return I was finally able to get only half of my refund back but it was not without headaches! Worst customer service experience ever!!!

If I could give it a zero rating star I would.. The heavy ANTI-RIP weightloss sauna suit RIPPED the 1st time I wore it while running on the treadmill so I gave it a 2nd chance and brought another 1 and I went 1 size bigger and the SAME THING HAPPEN..!! I didn't complain cause I couldn't be bothered I was over complaining about things Iv brought online but since ur asking for a review now I might as well let it out.

Never received product..
Never received product.. Hopeless communication and responses. Ordered online, supplied correct shipping details, received delivery details only for my item to be shipped back to the supplier because delivery driver couldn't find my address which was bizarre as we have always received delivery previously. Contacted supplier about none delivery only to be told they cannot refund total amount and this is going to be less the delivery cost which i paid for. They also advise as package was returned this wasnt being shipped to them for redelivery but this will be destroyed.. Till now they have never refunded me what I paid for.. they are Hopeless and I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase items from them.

Item not delivered. They claimed proof of delivery and refused refund. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Wouldn’t buy from again. Can only hope the item “in transit” actually gets here. Denied responsibility for it and refused refund. Breach of distance selling regulations. Then tries to fob me off again. Hasn’t been rectified. Either a refund or another item. Not another email claiming it’s been delivered when it hasn’t.
