So happy I found Jacaranda Living!
I have been searching for 100% cotton nightgowns/nighties, and I'm so happy I found Jacaranda Living's website! The customer service is superb - I had a question about sizing and immediately received a response from Cathy with recommendations on various styles. Received my two nightgowns today and could not be happier - they are beautiful and comfortable, with lovely embroidery. The shopping experience was like dealing with a boutique right around the corner instead of an online store several states away - highly recommend!

Jacaranda Living (I.e. the lady behind the label) just gets it.
The product is exquisite; the packing is pristine, and the shipping expedient (on in stock items). But, the best thing about receiving an order from Jacaranda Living is the handwritten note you receive. This woman is savvy. She just gets it. A “thank you” in ink, signed and said with sincerity, is a rarefied thing to be sure, but if you buy some special order items and some in stock items from Jacaranda Living, I swear, you’ll be getting a personal note from the owner. This woman knows how to treat her customers. Yeah, she just gets it.

Perfection!
Simple yet elegant tissue holder. Purchased for our small bathroom. Wanted a tissue holder that did not overwhelm the space. This one did not. Great customer service! They even included a personal note with the shipment.

They are Rock Stars!
I was extremely happy with the nightgown that I ordered. It was a Mother’s Day gift for my mom and she adored it. I was unsure if I would receive it in time for the Holiday so I sent Jacaranda an email and not only did they personally respond but the made it happen. I highly recommend this company
