Jacaranda Living (I.e. the lady behind the label) just gets it.
The product is exquisite; the packing is pristine, and the shipping expedient (on in stock items). But, the best thing about receiving an order from Jacaranda Living is the handwritten note you receive. This woman is savvy. She just gets it. A “thank you” in ink, signed and said with sincerity, is a rarefied thing to be sure, but if you buy some special order items and some in stock items from Jacaranda Living, I swear, you’ll be getting a personal note from the owner. This woman knows how to treat her customers. Yeah, she just gets it.
