I could not be more pleased w JACARANDA LIVING! as 68 yr old pastor whose been in the P&G Sales world before Jesus- I know quality and these good folks are arguably in my top 5 consumer experiences E V E R! Cathy the owner is bright savvy helpful and a real go getter. When they were OOS on an item I Particularly wanted which came from opposite side of the world she contacted a South African company and still gave me the deal price to boot. Their products are of the HIGHEST quality-wrapped like the Holy Grail and in a world lacking dignity they put unpretentious elegance back in our homes.A tad pricey but you get what you paid for and MUCH MORE! you best decision this year will be trading w JACARANDA LIVING Rev Reid Walker LeRoy Illinois

Recent Order
I ordered what must be my 4th or 5th pair of embroidered slippers recently. The website showed that the thread color I selected was in stock, ready to be shipped. Apparently it wasn’t though, and I was contacted very quickly and advised that either the delivery would be delayed or I needed to choose something else. The note was personal, apologetic, and couldn’t have been nicer. Timing was not an issue for me so it was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. I love Jacaranda.........both the product and customer service are exemplary!

My wife loves the pajamas

Best customer service! I ordered a Christmas nightgown for my daughters 4 days before Christmas Eve night (rolling the dice that they would get here in time. I received an email that they shipped them priority hoping to get them here in time. They arrived Christmas Eve evening and are the most beautiful/sweetest nightgowns! I will be a customer for life!

I have purchased two night dresses for myself and one for my daughter. The gowns are even more beautiful in person - romantic, ethereal, and easy to wear. I am beyond thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship of the gowns. The fabric is soft, wears beautifully, and washes well. Even slightly wrinkled from air drying, the gowns feel sentimental. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the brand. Jacaranda Living comes to mind when I think about gifts both for myself, and my nearest and dearest.
