Co is located in Baltimore, obviously, a rough area of town, as the product I ordered was stolen out of the box before it was delivered. I received a pkg with a hole in it, with no item. Wonk, wonk, they are processing a refund, we’ll see.

Maybe just the shoe type I purchased but my feet side especially in the heal, the ad said these were designed not to do that, , I don't like giving bad reviews, just make sure you know what you are spending 124 bucks in before you do

Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service - condescending Martha “explaining” without a pause that NOT ALL items will be provided with a return shipping label... Really!? Seems like a scam to me! The shoes are totally crooked and make the foot overpronate and I have to pay for a return shipping?! Stay away from HolaBirds and take your money somewhere else!

Customers beware
I ordered a pair of shoes and my credit card was charged immediately. One week later I had no shipping confirmation or communication of any kind from Holabird, and on the website it said the order was in process. I called Holabird and was told that my item was in stock and that they had “tried to call me” and “sent an email” (no missed calls and no email hidden in junk or anywhere else) to let me know that the shoes I ordered were out of stock. I told them to cancel my order and process a refund. Two days later, no refund. I had to reach out to them another time to get my order cancelled and a refund processed, so all total it took about 2 weeks after being charged to get my money back on an item they didn’t even ha e in stock. Terrible customer service and I do not plan on ever doing business with this company again.

In rare cases when an order is processed and pulled for shipment, the product is not available in stock. This is more common with closeout items that are low in inventory and discontinued by the manufacturer. We called the phone number provided with the order and it gave us an error message that the number was not recognized so we emailed you. We're not sure why you were not able to receive that email so we will look into that so it does not happen in the future. We apologize again for this poor shopping experience. Return policy is not customer friendly
Return policy is not customer friendly. Had to pay for the return and box with shoes didn’t fit in the packaging Holabird supplied. Service rep said just use a brown paper bag to wrap the package. Lesson learned.

Call first to see if they really have what you are trying to order!
I order 2 racquets from them and they did not have either one in stock. They were both gifts and unfortunately the people did not receive their gifts on time.

Never Again
Returns take 3-4 weeks to process. Customer service cannot track returns if you lose your tracking number. Save yourself a headache and order from Zappos. Horrible experience.

Depending on where you are located, from the time that you receive your return label to the time we are able to process your return, it usually takes about two weeks. We sent you your label on the 24th of December and received it and processed the return as of the 8th of January. We're sorry that you were told that we can not track your return. This is false. We are able to track your return with the label that we created for you. We will be addressing this false information with the customer service member that helped assist you. We again apologize for this inconvenience and hope to serve you again soon!

I had to return a package to them...
I had to return a package to them because I needed a different size. They made me pay for return shipping which in this day and age is rediculous. Especially since it's around Christmas time it was very expensive, I ended up just getting a refund because I would rather not do business with them again. I will never shop here again for that reason alone.

Misleading
In my phone inquiry they said Fed-x ground delivery I placed my order on the 14th....a week has passed no sign of Court shoes ? I checked in with Holabird Sports they say delivery on the 27th...really, that's 2 weeks for a pair of shoes. Misleading and unacceptable a poor way of doing business. Not upfront on shipping time, but they do apologize.

We in no way want to mislead you to believe your order will arrive at a certain date without being able to deliver. It does take 5-7 business days to arrive to the West Coast with our Super Saver shipping method, but 9 is unacceptable.
