I went out shopping last weekend because i needed some quality sneakers for my feet. I decided to visit Holabird for fitting and sizes since i was impressed my last visit. However, this visit was strange, uncomfortable and made me feel like i didn't belong there. Upon entering the store no one greeted me until i got half way into the store[store wasn't busy either] .. then that's when some kind lady who was fitting someone while sitting on the floor looked up and welcomed me in. Then i went to the sneaker wall and was alone for about 5 minutes or more...i walked up and down and around the store and back to the sneaker wall. I looked to the front counter, some guy was standing there just looked at me and said nothing. No one ever came over to attend to my needs. [I needed some sneakers]. I was there to buy two pairs like i usually do. Since no one came over i just left. When i was leaving i looked over behind the counter where the employees were standing and on my way out a lady behind the counter closest to the exit had her head down .. almost as if to avoid eye contact or even speak. She wasn't with another customer. I thought it was rude and it made me feel real uncomfortable as if i didn't belong there. So i left discouraged with no sneakers :(

No. You signed me up for your SPAM email list without my permission. Customer service 101: probably not the best idea to blame the customer.

Very Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!
First off this the fourth purchase I have made from this company. The past 3 were great. This one has sucked. So far it has been 10 days and no product. It has been sitting in Dallas for 3 days and today it took 24 hours plus hours to go to Fort Worth which is 30 minutes from Dallas. I called them 3 times already and get the same stupid answers. This company does not care about their customers and it shows. Needless to say I will never purchase from them again. Do yourself a favor and buy from your local store. Not worth the time or effort. Shipping is free but at a cost....

We certainly care about ALL of our customers and always want to ensure they have the best possible shopping (and shipping) experience with us. According to the most recent tracking updates, your order is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, 9/14. I have pulled up your order history and see your previous 3 orders were for full price footwear that all qualified for our free 2 day shipping. Those order shipped ASAP and arrived within 2 business days. With your latest purchase, the shoes were at a reduced price so they no longer qualified for our upgraded shipping and you opted for our free basic ground. With COVID-19 labor shortages, unfortunately there have been some back up and delays with this method. We are unable to offer 2 day shipping on all orders, but do offer low price shipping upgrade options on these purchases. Again my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and delay! We appreciate your business and hope you will give us another chance.

These guys are horrible
These guys are horrible! I ordered a pair of Hoka running shoes. I've worn this Hoka model, so I know as a runner, I know what works for me. Bottom line, they fought me on the issue. I gave them my payment information, and they said the shoes would arrive in 5-7 days. I never received the shoes or any correspondence from them. I ordered my shoes from a competitor and and now comfortably running in them daily. I'm quite happy, but will never attempt to order anything from Holabird Sports again. I suggest, as a runner that you do the same.

At that time your order was placed on hold and we reached out on 8/3 at 12:28 PM (order placed earlier on the 3rd). When we did not hear back your order was cancelled on 8/8. We follow up with our customers to ensure their personal information has not been stolen. When we did not hear back via email, we went ahead and cancelled the order and a refund was issued ASAP. On June 28th I placed an order
On June 28th I placed an order. I received the order on June 30th. Unfortunately, the shoes did not work. I dropped off per instructions at Fed X on July 2. It is now July 25 and I still have no refund. Disappointing!

Damaged Asics Shoes
I recently purchased a pair of Asics tennis shoes that absolutely dug into the side of my foot as soon as I put them on. Didn't even need to take a step in them to know that they were unwearable. Just as painful was realizing that I would be paying return shipping, almost unheard of in this day and age. Needless to say it will be my last shopping experience with this company. If i could have entered zero stars I would.

Selection is super limited
Selection is super limited. No filter for size. I don’t want to waste time going through every individual shoe only to find there is not my size (13 N, B, or C)in the lot.

Shoes ordered ran small, had to pay for return shipping not worth the Hassel with other companies that have better return policy. Shop somewhere that values customers.

Terrible service
Contacted customer service to inquire about the color of an item I wanted to order. The rep confirmed the item was the color I wanted so I ordered. Turns out the rep never actually checked and assumed the color and it turned out to be incorrect. I returned the item and wasn’t even refunding for the shipping charge I paid. Because the rep didn’t do his job I’m the one that has to pay for the mishap. Will likely never order from Holabird again.

Horrible experience!!
Horrible experience!! have tried to purchase from these people several times and no luck the difficulty seems to be with the shop pay link to affirm. I use affirm all the time but the shop pay way of doing it will not let me..m enough said I am done trying with this company I tried again today to make the purchase through the shop pay app and it refused to let me do it telling me that couldn't verify my information even though I had just gone to shopping made sure my card information was correct and I have a valid open account with shot pay the shot pay yet I get an error message on Hollywood sports telling me they couldn't verify my information to shop pay I tried to call customer service And the person I spoke with Martha would not let me speak to anybody about this matter she just kept telling me to call shotpay so thank you I give up

Will never shop here again
Just received my shoes and they appeared to be used. This was disheartening due to the fact I was really anticipating wearing them. Now , I have to go through the hassle of resending them back and the pure inconvenience of it all.

I just love these Holabird Sports.I spent hundreds of dollars looking for a sneaker that didn't hurt my feet while exercising or doing Zumba. I wear these sneakers every day. I even wear them to work with a dress.Really the best sneakers ever.

worst shop..
worst shop... I ordered tennis balls (24 cans), but the bounce was no good. I had opened one can. I drove 100. miles to return but they did not take the return back. I was ready to pay for 1-2 cans (I had used only 1 can), but their excuse was that they can not sell because one can was opened. No consideration for customer issue.
