Flat Tennis Balls
Very disappointed in the tennis balls I ordered. Box of Wilson Triniti, came without pressurized cans - just in a large cardboard box. My last batch of Wilson Triniti balls came this way too so this must be common. However, unlike my last batch, this batch came flat with little bounce. My old Triniti balls, which I have been hitting on a ball machine for over 4 months look old but have much more bounce than these very new looking ones. The only thing I can think of is that these new balls sat in a warehouse for months on in.

The Wilson Triniti Club balls are specifically produced to eliminate the need for individuals sleeves and reduce waste. They do not come in pressurized cans and are loose in the box. Mr. Rods- I am sincerely sorry but we have attempted to email and call you several times. We initially tried to reach out to you for security reasons with your order since it was being shipped to a 2nd address. We did not hear back for 5 days so you order also cancelled. We responded to your email Friday, October 2nd at 4:23 PM EST. Can you check your junk/spam/promotions/updates folder in Gmail? We offered to place a new order and upgrade to 2nd Day Air shipping but we have yet to hear back. My sincere apologies but we will attempt to reach out again via the phone ASAP. Cost way too much money to send back…
Cost way too much money to send back shoes that were too big. Editing review: it was my fault for not reading the fine print on the return policy before ordering. Brian did explain this to me when I called. He was honest with me about that and I appreciate him trying to make things better.

While we do try and offer free return shipping on as many items as possible, the shoes you purchased were over 45% off retail price and no longer qualified for free returns. All of our items are marked on the product page prior to ordering if they qualify for free returns or not. Again, my sincere apologies and I will follow up with an email with a gift certificate to offset some of your return cost and hopefully you will consider shopping with us again. Tracers can take anywhere between 48-72 hours to process. We honored your request for a refund right away after the package was marked lost. We apologize again for this unfortunate experience. I did not receive my tennis grips
I did not receive my tennis grips. Apparently the shipper DSL delivered them to wrong address and now are lost!!

Lost shipment
Lost shipment, not sure who is at fault. Post Office said bad bar code, Holabird didn't know what happened. Suggest you don't use USPS until virus is gone.

Slow fulfillment and even slower shipping under 50 miles away!
Customer of Holabird since the mail order days...and the recent drop off is so disappointing. Multiple day lag before item ships, and then delivery takes more time than required to walk the product from Balty to DC.

I have looked into your last order and it was placed hours after our stated 2 PM EST cut off for some day shipping, so it the following business day...so no lag on that front. Your most recent order you opted for our free super saver shipping which in this case shipped FedEx SmartPost. The estimated time does seem a bit longer than normal but this is most certainly COVID-19 related and hopefully will arrive earlier. Your other recent order before this one, shipped via USPS Priority because it was a shipping special on that particular model so you received it 2 days after ordering. While yes you are correct we could walk the packages form Baltimore to DC unfortunately it does not work like this, and I also see you are located in Virginia. We appreciate your business and hope you will continue to shop with us. We do our very best to fill all orders the same day (if they are placed before our printed 2 PM EST cut off) as well as offer free shipping on most orders. I would not recommend ordering from…
I would not recommend ordering from this site. I now have an air printer that prints out 20 pages of ads per week from Holabird Sports and can’t get it to stop.

We have no ads on our website that would print, nor do we have anything that is printable. It's all about the shoes
It's all about the shoes. Tried a pair asdvertized for most comfort. This brought me to your store as pos. The shoe sneeker did not live up to hype or ad discription. Then the fun came when I had to send shoe back. I paid a 20.00 shipping fee. So because of that never again will I buy a product from your co. Sincerely.

I have yet to receive my shoes which were ordered on 6/25/2020. Today is day 15 --- still waiting. The path taken with Fedex and now the USPS is ridiculous. I know you don't control these delivery services but you should know what's happening. UGH!

Ordered shoes on 6/24
Ordered shoes on 6/24. Never received them. Called on 7/6 to tell them I did not get my shoes. They were very apologetic and said they would send me another pair and over night ship them and I would receive next day. Just tracked my package and expected delivery is 7/14. I live about 20 miles from the store..Will never order from them again.

I ordered tennis shoes two weeks ago and they are still not here. FEDEX shows them stuck in Maryland, I live in California. Wrong coast!! Who is managing this? My next order will be with your competitor.

poor return service
poor return service, you have to pay to return merchandise. you may have given me a free label, but I already paid to ship it back, and based on the conversation I had they werent sending one. Its not my fault they were on sale and it didnt say closeout

We offer free return shipping on a large number of items, but unfortunately since the shoes you purchased were a reduced discontinued item (normally 150.00 marked down to 109.95) they did not qualify for free returns. However, looking into your history, It does look like you ordered after this original order and returned those as well, and we did give you a prepaid label as a courtesy... Wrong Penn
I ordered Penn and received the regular duty instead of extra duty. I have been using Penn for several years, and have never, ever seen Penn regular duty. It is my fault I guess. Unfortunately they are not what I want. I appreciate the fact that the company responded to my review in a positive way.
