hired fed ex to deliver my pkg who do not deliver on sat or sundays nor do they deliver to customer!!! took holabird second rate delivery company fed ex 5 days to deliver to the usps(post office).why holabird hires a middleman delivery company which delivers to p.o. not paying customer is a delay and bad business.HINT to holabird-fire the middleman hire usps,would of had pkgs 3 days ago!

Your order was shipped FedEx smart post which delivers your package to your local post office than USPS delivers your front door. Unfortunately it does take 5-7 business days for us to deliver to the West Coast. After tracking your order, it appears that your order is scheduled to arrive Friday the 20th ; the 7th business day. We value your business and wish to provide your tennis specialty needs in the near future.

To answer your question, there is only one color option available in that shoe for both the Men and Woman versions. Placed an order on 3/16/18. Same day received an email stating item was on a 7-10 day back order. Received email today that my order was being refunded due to "customer changed original order". I did not change order and have waited patiently for 14 business days. This is not acceptible

Took my order and then called to say they didn't have the item in stock. They should have a stock control system that prevents this happening. Person who I spoke to offered me a 10% discount, wasn't very sympathetic.

Shipping date changed.
When I chose shipping it said on or before Wed March 7. Now it says that it won't arrive until Friday the 9th. I am going out of town on Thursday so won't have my new shoes for my out of town tournament. I am very disappointed.

Disappointed. Falsely advertised
Disappointed in this experience. Running shoes advertised they came with elastic shoe laces. The laces were not in the box. I called and was told it was incorrectly advertised. Called a 2nd person and they checked to find laces to send but couldn’t find. She asked if I wanted to return and said I’d receive a return label by end of day. This was a week ago and still haven’t received. Bad experience

Shoes were terrible
Shoes were terrible. Not sure if I will ever purchase ASICS again. The fact that you don’t pay for returns on your goods is another reason I will never shop with at your store again.

Totally dissatisfied....awful customer service !! On 1-16-2018 I tried to place an order which did not go through and the company charged my account not once but 4 times !!! I have sent emails ( only the first one was answered ) and called customer service which verified NO ORDER was placed and stated that my debit card was not charged but put on hold....# 1 why would you put a hold when no order was placed or finished ? ....# 2, I do NOT have the funds in my account since they were debited and I cannot use the money even after repeatedly asked to have it returned or un-do the hold. as of today 1-22-18 I still do not have my money.... terrible customer service and company !!!Trying to paste my bank's debit charge which was sent to them and deny so far but unable to attach or paste...will find a way
