Delivery staff was excellent
Delivery staff was excellent, polite, careful and very quick; but we did not get the bench for the set. They said they would deliver it tomorrow. If we had received the bench at the same time as the table this would be a 5 star rating.

Because I order my bedroom
Because I order my bedroom. Set removed my bed upon delivery just to find out the mattress. And box spring and my headboard was on back order. I wouldn’t have ordere if it was back ordered. Or at least I would have kept my bed

I could tell that the delivery drivers…
I could tell that the delivery drivers were busy, but they worked hard for me in assist in getting this adjustable bed into my small room. Thanks a lot. :)

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I would actually want to choose zero stars. I ordered items a month ago and 3 of the items are on backorder. I was not called about this. I happened to find out the day furniture was being delivered because I tracked it online. I talked to “Judy” on the online chat and she said the bed I ordered was on backorder until mid September. The furniture that was available, was being delivered on the day I was moving into my house and now I do not have a bed for my daughter. Judy said to find another bed for same day delivery. What a terrible answer. You choose furniture that you love. I loved that bed as well as my daughter. You can’t just substitute to something else. This experience has been terrible and I have to seriously think about wanting to shop at Gardner White again.

Victor held the door open for me when
Victor held the door open for me when I arrived. He was so polite and very knowledgable. He took me right away to the lift chairs that I wanted to see and I sat in just about every one of them until I found the one for me. The deliver guys were exceptional, very friendly and very helpful.

Shipped to Wrong Address
Service was sharp, cheerful and inviting. However, they shipped to the wrong address. Rather than asking for your address, they will default to the one on your credentials. I asked for this to be changed, they said they'd change it, but today it was shipped to my old home, not the one I had recently moved to. Very upsetting.

Great sales experience with Mark and…
Great sales experience with Mark and delivery guys were awesome. Only one issue my coffee table was damaged. Delivery drivers took it back and it will be replaced. Otherwise, everything else was great

Service at the store was great, but....
Service at the store was great. However, we received a damaged couch and one of the crew members on the delivery team was beyond rude. Definitely not what I was expecting from Gardner White.

Wonderful customer service!

Delivery came with a broken dresser…
Delivery came with a broken dresser draw. The wrong slats to hold up the queen size bed and no cleaning kit was left that was promised when I purchased furniture. I have tried calling and all I get is a recording. I have been waiting hours for service.

This is not a review of the delivery…
This is not a review of the delivery driver or the work of the staff because they have been amazing. Our delivery staff received a box of incomplete materials which left my husband and I with an incomplete bed. This is entirely unacceptable and a huge inconvenience for us because we scheduled our day around this delivery and now have to schedule our Sunday around another delivery. I strongly want to be compensated or receive a discount for this error because as a long time customer of Gardner-White, I except better. This is truly disappointing.
