They will tell lies to get a sale!
The salesperson sold me furniture that was coming disassembled (I paid $300 extra dollar for this) I asked her who would put it back together she said the men would be on the delivery truck! I ended up missing an entire day of work due to this lie! I had to wait an additional 2 hours for assembly men whom are from an independent company and they advise me that they never get on the truck! Full day misses of work! I called to store for explanation and got bounced around! Never again! They could have been honest and still earned a sale. I should have stuck with Art Van

I bought my first item at Gardner white in which i received it today 08/19/19, thanks to my sales Rep. Ms. Ericka for helping me to make the right decision of choice she was very professional, kind and always welcoming to me,the customer service is excellent however the delivery was very much on time the delivery men was very pleasant and professional and I would recommend Gardner white store anytime.

Very unhappy I have been trying to exchange my kids unsafe bunk beds and no one is helping the bed keeps breaking I have left 3 voicemail to the main office no calls back and I'm still paying for the bed a cant use it..my king size bed is doing the same thing I dont want them to exchange it I want them to fix the king bed again for the 3rd time please contact me thank you
