POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
It took 3 deliveries to get items installed correctly. I only received results after consistently calling the store & corporate customer service, as my salesperson & the store management would not respond to my calls. Good customer service is not just attentiveness when attempting to secure business. It’s also attentiveness when something goes awry. I’m only giving 2 stars for the GW staff that tried to assist & listened to me during my multiple calls.

Wonderful sales associate.she was patient and was extremely helpful. The only complaint I have is that I had to remind the delivery crew to haul away the old mattress. They just propped it in the corner of the room and the new mattress was already in place. They stated that is what the order stated but that is false.The sales associate very clearly wrote on the order haul away old mattress. Clarification: They did end up hauling away the old mattress after I mentioned something. I am all set and thank you so much for the quick reply. Wonderful customer service!

We bought a kitchen table and chairs
We bought a kitchen table and chairs. They delivered and did not put it together. Finally, a week later, then came to put it together, only the table is supposed to have a glass on top for the top surface. It isn't there. They delivered part of the table. Then we asked about getting the missing part, but they won't deliver it because they supposedly do not have it. How can you not have what you sell? How can you sell something that is only part? Why can't you get us the missing part? The store on Groesbeck has not been helpful at all. They offered to let us go to the other side of town to see if they will give us the rest of what we paid for, but they are way, way too busy to follow through on this purchase and give us what we paid for. However, today they came with the missing part, so they corrected the problem.
