I had a great experience with my salesman. He was very attentive. He should get Five stars. However when the chest was delivered the handles were inside?? More men had to return to make it right. I then had to arrange another date to accommodate this situation.

DO NOT BUY THE DRAKE..
DO NOT BUY THE DRAKE... the sofa is gorgeous... the specs are nice... i was so excited to get this.. however.. since spending over a grand on this sofa i have a sore tailbone. I know that sounds weird.. i thought it was just something that may have happened so i tested by sitting on a pillow and it went away... i started sitting back on the sofa and it returned.... i tried to call gardner white and they only give 7 days for a return minus 25% restocking fee... it was over 7 days so too bad for me...... never even recieved a return call from gardner white, only kept calling till a manager told me sorry nothing they can do... i saved up for this couch... i dont have a spare 2k laying around so this is a huge blow to have a sofa i cannot sit on... i tried to contact the manufacturer- simon li ,since it was under 30 days and they never answered or returned my call.. 💔😥

My item was not available for pickup at…
My item was not available for pickup at the store when promised. The first person I talked to was very unaccommodating, and didn't want to rectify the situation. Just told me "you can pick it up tomorrow" I was planning on leaving early the next morning with the item in my truck, so I explained how that wouldn't work out and was told "Sorry, you can pick it up tomorrow" I talked to the manager, who helped me out with delivering the item to it's final destination one day late.

Great delivery
Q and Nate were both so friendly and were able to deliver my couch fast and yet I didn’t feel like I was being rushed. It was a snug fit downstairs and into a small room but they made it seem effortless. And I love my loveseat, obviously! I purchased online and the quality exceeds expectations.
