I keep waiting for the return of my money!
The delivery was carried out correctly (order 900152590) but I decided to return the item a few days later. The product was received back on June 25th and so far nothing has happened! Emails are answered in a generic way and telephone service is a disaster (after 17 minutes waiting to be answered, the call drops). So, my recommendation is: DO NOT BUY ON THIS SITE if you are not sure you will keep the product because so far I am expecting a return of $715 and contact is (almost) impossible. Next time, even if it's more expensive, I'll shop elsewhere to make sure the "after sales" won't be a drama.

I found this place because I was looking for luxury to mid luxury items at a decent price within the Netherlands. I absolutely loved the experience. Everything I got was great quality and the packaging was so good. The return service is also made easier because the box can be reused if anything needs to be sent again through a sticker incorporated into the box. I got compliments on everything I got and will definitely use this again. Also it arrived in two days just in time for a trip so delivery is prompt as well. Highly recommend!

Dissapointing customer service
A few days after I bought a bag at Fashionette during the Sale period, I saw that the same bag was (also due to Sale) cheaper at Zalando. I, therefore, contacted Fashionette to claim their 'best retail price guarantee'. Since the offer at Zalando was only for a few days, I told Fashionette I could send their bag return and order it cheaper at Zalando but didn't like to do so because of sustainability reasons. So I hoped I would get a normal response. Instead, they kept sending me emails for the direct link to the page at Zalando, which I sent already 4 times, urging them to look at it while the offer was still available. Still, they kept sending me senseless requests with the same request, obviously stalling time to the day the offer at Zalando had expired. I even phoned them twice to tell them the problem and to say I would send back the item and order it cheaper at Zalando if they didn't respond soon. They kept saying it would be fine and I would get the estimated difference back in form of a coupon or direct refund. Of course, I doubted that because of the emails they kept sending telling me to have patience because it was already being handled and to ask for the direct link I'd send so many times already. So, the next day (the three days of Sale at Zalando were expired, as I told Fashionette time after time) I hoped (but feared the opposite due to the above stalking time) to get the email with a coupon or whatever to justify their own guarantee for best retail price. My fear was justified: the answer - after all my requests, pictures of the offer at Zalando, a direct link to the page (x4), and my phone calls to the customer service of Fashionette- was: 'The link to the bag at Zalando gives the normal retail price, which is higher than what you paid at Fashionette'. Unbelievable, they just waited to give a definite answer for the day the offer had expired (which was clearly was stated on the page of the link and I which told them three days in a row) and stalled as long as was needed. Because they kept stalling time I didn't send the bag back to them and order the cheaper one from Zalando. So in the end it had cost me not only energy from all these annoying contacts that led up to nothing, but also it cost me money because I cannot buy it anymore at Zalando at the price offer I was writing about. Not what you would expect from a large and well-known company as Fashionette. Nor a way to treat a regular and returning customer. Very disappointed. Of course, after all these contacts it is no longer the money that is my issue, it is the obvious bad intentions the customer service at Fashionette clearly adheres to.

Something has gone wrong with this company
This is a German company that communicates in German or English. Usually a great product deliverd quickly. However, due to a recent "change in logistics" this company has some issues. I recently returned an item. I would like a refund as I returned the product complete in good order the day after I received the package. The package was reported received a few days later. I confirmd this by searching for my waybill on the UPS website. There was no communication from Fashionette about receipt of return and so far no refund. They say it will be automatically refunded within 14 business days. I dont trust this statement because they seem to not have a handle on date of return. Further 14 business days is really 3 weeks. This seems really long. I previously returned something and received my refund within a few days and confirmation of my return. Something has gone terribly wrong with this company and they are not explaining it.

My first impression was good
Updates: My purchase arrived on the expected delivery time and in good condition. I am happy with the product and with the customer service AFTER I have made the complaint. It would be interesting to train your customer service employees to avoid unnecessary frustrations and a good impression for first contact, since we just contact the Customer Service when we are not sure about what is going on with the order. The agent Sandra that contacted me after the complaint was really professional and answered my questions. I am just not sure if I would buy again due to the first CS provided, but the product I have purchased on the website is of good quality. ---- My first impression was good: nice selection of items and fair price. As soon as I bought it (friday last week), I was informed that the delivery would occur between yesterday: 4th of August and monday, the 9th. I received a tracking number yesterday: the 1st day I was supposed to probably receive the package, and today, Friday, the tracking number still shows as "do not exist" in UPS system. I have called today 2x to customer service in NL phone number, the first time I had to hang up because the person didn't speak English and made a "puffffff" sound when I asked if she could talk in english - that was me asking in Dutch because my Dutch is not as advanced... The second time I called, I received a non warming welcome again, the employee was really frustrated when I asked if he could speak in English, but in the end he did and explained very well so I hope that was just because he wasn't in a good day... He said that some customers are waiting for up to 2 weeks their items.. If I need to wait another entire week of delayed package then I will need to cancel, I will have holidays and will not be able to pick anything and my expectation was that I could use what I bought during my days off ... I hope that my experience turns out amazing and I receive my item on time, since I read some reviews about refund and that was a bit frustrated for me.

Waited 3 weeks to receive the order! Because they had logistic problems, customer needs to suffer from this. They should have removed the estimated delivery time, as they can’t manage this. No compensation, nothing!

Order cancelled due to technical error 2 weeks after the order was made.
I order a necklace for my girlfriends birthday over at the end of July with a delivery date for it to arrive 3 days before her birthday. The day of her birthday it still has not arrived so I send an email to find out the location of the delivery. They reply with an apology that the order has been cancelled due to a technical error so it will not arrive at all. Absolutely disgraceful service and they have not even refunded me my money. Don't not use this website as it is untrustworthy!!

Horrible costumer service
The bag is absolutely fine. But the lack of costumer service is outrageous. I’ve emailed about 6 times and sent a dm in the course of 1,5 week. No one answered me once. It’s ridiculous when you pay so much for a bag. Also it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. It was delivered on Tuesday without letting me know anything
