The products meet the quality criteria
The products were as expected, high quality. The order came on time. The MCM bag came also with the protective case and all guarantees. Fashionette is a credible website with quality products. However the courier company that fashionette collaborates with, is terrible. They left a package of 1,000 euro value to a neighbour without even leaving a note stating to which number the package was left. It is time that start using the drop points. Also fashionette should reconsider the courier policy, as I have second thoughts if I will ever order again due to the delivery company and their tactics, which is a pity because fashionette has high quality standards.

Very reliable service, timely delivery
I ordered an MCM shopper bag for my Wife`s Birthday just a few days before the occasion, whihc was delivered a day before the acutal Birthtday date. This was not my first order by fashionette and the impeccable service gave me peace of mind again. The item was perfect and made my Wife very happy. I can not be more satisfied and I`ll retunr to shop again for sure. I can highly recommend the webshop for lovers of nicely priced designer items.

horrible service on delivery
horrible service on delivery. I paid for the express delivery due to urgency of receiving the order but they did not do the express delivery and instead they did not even provided me with a notification. Never pay for express delivery, because it would be a waste of your money
