Good deal
Got it for a good price. Item itself was just as described, but it had some miner scratches on the leather (could barely see them, but still). The inner packaging on the other hand (just a simple box) was so damaged and taped all over! Wasn’t important though, but it doesn’t make the product look good at first.

Order canceled without notification - no compensation provided
Ordered a gift for my wife by using the 10% discount voucher which you receive by signing up to their newsletter. Order was first delayed and then canceled without notification, apparently due to a technical error. We needed the item on time for a special occasion. Customer service was not willing to provide a compensation (stating that only one discount - the one in the newsletter applies). Appalled by this low level of customer service. Be careful. Update: The customer service representative Mehwish has been very responsive - compliments for that.

Not received a refund for 3,5 weeks
Not received a refund for 3,5 weeks, that is more than 14 working days! emails sent and called, they keep saying wait and wait we will forward this to the finance department or whatever! but still, nothing. I will not wait no more, since i pay this with CC, I can file this complaint through ‘em! Do not buy anything from this website!

Took 13 times payment instead 12 times.
I bought so many product sinds 2020/2021 until now. But one day, I found out that Fashionette took 13 times payment from me instead 12 times. I already sent them email sinds november and I already sent my bills for prove. But Until now, I didnt get answers. So disappointed.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! They don’t check anything no answer no any reaction! I paid and they just send me more invoice to pay about the same payment when i sent them the proof, but obviously in 6 months are too busy to check and give me an answer!

Do you guys have a backlog
Do you guys have a backlog? I sent an email on the 22nd of December, but nobody replied. Called many times to the phone number provided by the site, but nobody answers. How am I supposed to make a payment if I don't have clarification on what exactly this is for? Just providing me with the amount doesn't tell me from where this is coming from. Thank you!

Did they check it reached them , it seems they didn't ?! Money is taken from my bank account. I never had any problems paying with iDeal. It is SHOCKING what took place with my order and payment. I am very sad about it. This review is only about this experience, I don't want to be negative but this order was long awaited gift for me, colour I searched for sometime and I opted for Express delivery at additional € 15, I needed it by Wednesday 17th April. Overall this is a GREAT company, wonderfully packed delivery with personal note but things can go wrong both ways and flexibility is needed also. It is risky buying on line. Order placed on Sunday 14th and cancelled on Monday 15th around noon. I don't have PayPal account. This handbag is not on web anymore so I can't place new order with different card. After I payed the whole amount in total at once by iDeal, direct bank transfer which reaches them fast they cancelled my order. I ordered as a guest because I forgot the password of my account and it seemed faster and easier then resetting the password. Then they wrote that my order is financial risk. !? Order that was already paid in total. Maybe some misunderstanding I thought? Then I called and person on the other line asked my date of birth and my name even though order number is sufficient. Never before asked my date of birth and generally I do not give it for security reasons. I was told that my order is BLOCKED, and that they are not sure I will pay my order. I said I ordered as a guest and asked possibly my order to be re-evaluated by senior member because there is no financial risk in full paid order by iDeal, extremely secure Dutch online payment method that goes through only when you have sufficient funds on your account, far safer than credit card. I have sent PDF file from my bank confirming successful transaction. After message of cancelled order I didn't get any message about refund. They simply ignored the fact that I paid. Is it some system error I don't know. At least they can get in touch asking for additional information as bank confirmation that payment went through before they cancel my fully pre+paid order. If you don't like me as a consumer - and yes that is discrimination , write it in a cancellation message but do not insult my bank account and my payment I did in good faith and trust. If there is a way to mende this order please let me know as I explained in my message. However it is maybe late because I can receive it either of 16 or 17th April, that is Express delivery.
