30 days. No product. No refund. No shipping info. Crappy Service.
Ordered 2 masks & pants on April 16. They charged my credit card immediately, then sent me a note saying due to high demand, they needed an additional 25 days. They kept promoting a giant 50% off sale, which makes no sense if you cant keep up in the first place, and why charge my card immediately if you already know you are not able to ship as promised, originally when I purchased the agreement was they needed 3-7 days to make and then ship. I have contacted them repeatedly, get the same smartass answers. "You cant cancel your order, it is not within the cancellation period". I dont want to "cancel my order". I want a refund for a product you did not deliver and had no intentions of delivering according to two time periods you promised. They have 60.17 cents of my money, wont send me my products, wont tell me a shipping date, and all I get is drunk hippie responses. I am a working artist, just like this company flouts about themselves, but I dont charge a customers credit card, screw them over with "sorry, cant deliver your products, too bad for you" email responses and then here it is...30 days and not one word that I havent forced out of them to tell me where my refund or products are. I have learned my lesson about dealing with anyone but Amazon online. No product. No shipping date. No refund. 30 days. Dont order from this company, they could give a F about customer service, will take your money and flip you off.

We are attempting to get your order out within 3-18 business days from your order date. A lot of the time we beat this estimate, but currently, it is taking a little longer and we appreciate your patience with us. We also put this crafting time on product pages, the shipping page before you checkout, and one more time in your order confirmation email. We make everything by hand when you order with extreme attention to detail to ensure that it blows your mind once you receive it. Disgusting company benefiting off PANDEMIC
Throughout my entire experience with ordering at ElectroThreads, but it has been absolute crap. I ordered two black masks on April 10. When they first sent the confirmation email they told me that it would be shipped out within 72 hours. I waited very patiently for them to email me updates, when that didn’t happen I emailed them April 23. They told me, “ Due to the extreme demand all Face Masks have been delayed. Unfortunately we cannot provide an exact time frame or estimate as to when your order will ship out.” I find this ridiculous because they have been promoting the 50% off mask all throughout social media. They can’t ship them out because of the demand yet they are still promoting?? After that I still had no communication with them unless I reached out first, my next email to them was to cancel my order (May 1). They replied back saying it was too late to cancel, there was zero acknowledgement on where my order was and how it was doing. This is when I went to the Instagram page and read many comments demanding where their order was. I responded to a man who has waited months for his and I told them that they were a scam company and that I had to reach out to them to find out where my masks were. After 20-30minutes I realized they deleted both my comment and the mans comment. I left another comment stating that instead of deleting bad comments they should reach out and help the customers who are lost, and that new customers should know how long they have to wait. On May 11 I finally got an email saying they shipped it out. Perfect right? Far from it, I opened the bag and say my two black face masks. They were nothing like the picture they had advertised. It was made half assed, stitching was all over the place, the mask barely covered my face (adult female), the material felt like swim suit material. It didn’t form to my face like the picture, and worst part...I could barely breath. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. I emailed them May 14, and told them I would still like to continue to get a refund and I was dissatisfied with the product. This morning (May 15) I received an email back stating, “ Hi! Masks are not eligible for refund or exchange.” Overall, this company is a p*ss poor company. They are benefiting off of a PANDEMIC, not caring about their customers at all. This company could care less about you and your orders, they will try and take your money and leave you with no way to get it back. Disgusting people are running this company.

Nightmare company.
Nightmare company.. Ordered 4/15, 3-14 day shipping time frame quoted. Multiple emails requesting refund given that they werent honoring their shipping window, no responses except to lie and claim the receipt saud up to 18 days. Now they have the nerve to ship them today, over a MONTH after I ordered and after I already had to buy what Ineeded elsewhere. In my opinion: absolute worthless company, no customer service. Clearly taking advantage of people during a global pandemic and no inclination to treat customers fairly. If you can't honor an order in a timely fashion you refund. . You can't just do what you want and get away with it. Complaints filed with the BBB, FTC, and counting. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Fashionable surgical mask cover
I ordered three masks from this company 4/4 and we received them 4/30 well beyond the expectant delivery day. Nevertheless, they arrived but they weren’t what I expected at all! They are made of spandex which provides very little protection! When doing the match test to see if air can pass through which is recommended you do, with one blow not very hard I was able to put the match out. And they don’t have a slot for a filter. So you will have to wear a surgical mask under it.They have very good designs which they claim they create individually and that’s why it’s a long process! I really think they are manufactured from China that’s why deliveries are so long. We wore the mask and they keep rolling off our ears. They sent an email to do a review which I did, but it’s funny they didn’t post it on their page. I wrote this same review! These mask are a total waste of money, unless you are looking for a fashionable “mask cover”! Yes, I will be more than happy to send you pictures! I can even send you a video! Should I also include the match test? Maybe the material used on my “three” different masks wasn’t thick enough also! Please provide the email address I should send it too and attention to! Thanks for your response! Also, I have a question, if you can blow right through it what protection is it providing? If I sneeze droplets can come through it. If someone else sneezes there is no protection either unless I have a surgical mask under it. Therefore it’s exactly what I said it is a surgical mask cover?

Tamika, Thank you for the review and for voicing your concerns. As mentioned on the website, the facemasks are not medical grade. Nor is any filter mentioned. I can assure you that they are manufactured in the United States and are created individually once the order has been placed. But as you can imagine, there is a tremendous demand for these facemasks right now, as such, orders are taking longer than usual to ship. We haven't had any issues with the facemasks slipping off ears. Please send a picture along with an explanation to our customer support team and they can ensure they were created correctly.

Horrible Customer Service
I placed an order over a month ago. Got an email saying it would be shipped in 72 hours. Two weeks later I emailed them to ask when they would ship. A few days later they emailed me back and simply told me I was outside of the time to cancel my order? That wasn’t even what I asked. Since then they haven’t responded to any communication. I never even received the emails about an extended shipping times. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

Nonexistent customer service and extremly long shipping times
I ordered 2 masks on April 1 and it is May 10th and nothing has been sent yet. I have emailed them twice and they have not responded. I get things are different in the times of COVID-19 but if I wanted masks from China I would have ordered on AliExpress. As of now its been 5.5 weeks since I ordered. So ridiculous.

Horrible customer service
As someone who works in the service industry, I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced and would not recommend anyone purchasing product online from this company. Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a face mask on April 13. When I ordered it, the email stated that there is a 3-14 day crafting period. No notifications of any sort after I placed my order, yet they charged me the next day. On 4/28 I asked for an update on my order. No response. On 5/1 I sent another email, this time someone responded saying “unfortunately the last update was never delivered to you” and they forwarded me the response, which was now changed to 3-18 days of crafting period. I let it go because I understand the face masks are probably in high demand due to COVID. It’s now 5/9. My order still hasn’t shipped and they have not said anything. Almost a month!!!! I just emailed them today asking to cancel my order and a refund. Hopefully they actually get back to me. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again.

Scam Artists
Don't buy from this company. They took our money for masks on April 6th, created a label to be shipped on April 29th, and here we are on May 8th and the tracking shows it still had not left their facility. They won't respond to emails. Don't even bother with this company. Taking advantage of people during hard times by promising an item people need, only to take their money and run.
