don’t waste your money

Terrible customer service dont buy the shirts!
Terrible customer service! I had good experiences in the past but all it took was 1 snobby employee to really ruin there company name for me. The lack of care they had blew my mind and i couldnt believe how ignorant they were to a customers needs. You order a $60 crushed velvet shirt and expect them to NOT mess up a simple sew job and the neck hole is WAY to big. Im talking double size seems like it was made in china. They made me take pictures of me in the shirt to show the flaw and then afterwards they inform me in quote " I was informed that the mock up for that shirt was with the larger hole initially and that we recently changed it to the newer design. AFTERWARDS QUOTING "We are always striving to make our clothing more suitable for our customers so we constantly updating designs so we can improve." That insinuates it was changed based on customer demand, however they emailed me next stating it was changed based on there "design" and told me to eat the money and they wernt going to do anything because its been too long. Attitude? Snottyness? No problem solved? I just wanted a simple exchange but thanks for the attitude at no cost!

Bad customer service on returned second cloak ordered; will not refund my card only give me store credit; when I just bought a bunch of items from then for the spring; do not need anything else; I wanted a refund and they refused; and your talking about $229.00. I ordered a blanket on December 5
I ordered a blanket on December 5. The only present I was getting my kid’s dad for Christmas. It was delivered at the beginning of February. I called probably 15 times over the course of the 2.5 months and no one ever called back. No offer to refund me the money. Nothing. Never ever ever again.

25 days past order, and no shipment... so I sent them an email requesting information on the order. All I got was some reply quoting the 10-15 day ‘made to order’ statement from their website. It’s now past a month since order date and nothing. I finally am trying to get a refund. We shall see how that goes. The first item I purchased from them was of good quality and made well. I was excited to be a returning customer. Alas, I won’t be ordering from them again if this is how their customer service ends up.
