I was one of their biggest fans
I was one of their biggest fans! My wardrobe mostly consists of electrothreads items and now on principle I need to find somewhere else to get wearable art :( It was my 3rd order, one pair of shorts was too small the other 2 were just not what I thought they would be. I went through the returns process and the parcel was lost in the mail, I dealt with Electrothreads UPS then New Zealand post, finally NZ post agreed the return parcel was lost and offered to cover insurance however they couldn't get a hold of anyone at electrothreads, and neither could I, I tried multiple platforms for 3 months, nz post closed the case and im out $200 worth of items + shipping. I then tried to use BBB utah some kind of consumer rights mediation and Electrothreads didn't respond to them either. This is not high vibes fam. :(

Package never received, terrible customer service
Electrothreads “sent me a package 2 months ago that was lost in the mail” when I tried to email them about this they didn’t respond for almost a month and then when they did claimed it was my fault. I have still not received my package, and not received a refund from electro threads and they are still ignoring my emails. The customer service is honestly a -1000/10 which is a real bummer cause I liked their products even though they’re clearly cheaply made but this experience has been terrible, they will not help you and would prefer to be rude when they finally respond to an email after a month.

I ordered an item from electro threads I selected the incorrect size... so I instantly sent an email regarding a size change... 4 emails later.. Zero replies... So far I have a bad taste in my mouth with this company...

Honestly was lucky to get a product at all. kenny sort of forgot about me and whatever I originally ordered was not in stock. ending up just accepting whatever they had around after many months. no customer service. additionally kenny claimed he was mailing a comp gift that never came

BEWARE IF YOU HAVE DYSLEXIA
I’ve ordered before, I can speak to the quality of the product. On this order however, I messed up my shipping address and the package was returned to sender. It’s been 7 weeks since it shipped, and the best I’ve gotten from customer service is, “sorry we have a mountain of returns to get through” I’ve asked if I would receive a new tracking number for when it was sent out again - no answer. I emailed last week to ask if it was typical for this process to take more than two months - no answer. They can’t, or won’t, confirm they received it from the post office. Pretty sure I’ve been scammed at this point.

They stuffed up delivery for 2 dream…
They stuffed up delivery for 2 dream cloaks (worth about $400US) & it took 6 months for delivery. I asked if I could exchange the size & they agreed to this, it then took them another 5 months to agree that they received the cloak then they issue a store credit rather than exchange the size or refund my money. Its been 1 whole year since I originally purchased the items. They couldn’t care less about service & now I’m out of pocket for the shipping & the cloak which was purchased when there was a sale. I also can’t opt-out of their SMS marketing.

Huge disappointment. Don’t bother
The mystery box that I received was a big disappointment. After waiting quite a bit for it to even get to me, I opened the box to find just white tops with some type of graphic print to all of them, one white base graphic print blanket, and a pink pull on knit hat. I’ve had other mystery boxes in the past and it just seems like I was just giving overstock of one type of item grouping with no imagination or thought put into it. 0/10 will never purchase again even with the discount price.

Policy? What’s that?
Customer services ability to think of solutions is very lacking. The “satisfaction guarantee” doesn’t apply when they choose. And the return policy changes without notice. Cool stuff but don’t waste your time if you have issues.

Product was listed as ready to ship, after waiting and sending a message I was told It could take up to 2 weeks, pretty much saying tough deal with it. Then I reiterated it was labeled “ready to ship” and I got another message saying sry it’s on the way…. We’ll at that point I said to cancel the order and they sent it anyway. I needed this for a gift and would have ordered something else if there was going to be a delay. Garbage customer service, I’ll never order from them again.

Placed an order over 2 months ago. Still no product. Have no need of it in spring and summer. Sent numerous e-mails with one response. Told it may take at least 10 weeks to produce. No follow ups or outreach from "customer service". One would think if you spent over $300 for a cloak, they would at least keep you advised. Nope!
