Good luck getting order of garbage fast fashion
In this era of the fashion industry, changes are quick. This company has a standard shipping time of 3 months. Even after that, they email with report of needing 3 more. At $130 for a onesie, and it is fast fashion quality, this makes zero sense. The only reason I can see people are interested is the social media marketing. 90% of the commentary is about the models and the viewers objectifying them. Not the fashion which, is garbage in bright colors.

Didn’t come with backpack attachment
I love my jacket but it didn’t come with the backpack attachment that I paid for. I emailed electro and no response. Sucks because I specifically got this jacket for festivals and it being able to become a backpack.

I purchased a sweater from you guys the size is incorrect way too small then I couldn't get in contact with you at all in person only through email which took days to get a reply and no matter how clearly I explained the situation I would only get a very vague response about taking a picture of the sweater and when I sent pictures of sweater I didn't hear back at all

Your quality has gone downhill
Your quality has gone downhill. My original purchase over 22 years ago was t-shirts and they were quality cotton. The t-shirts I got recently were made of nylon. There is nothing on your website that states what the material is. Additionally, I have never received a refund from the return of a hooded pj during the pandemic. When I questioned where my refund was I was told that, due to the pandemic, all refunds were on hold. What the????

Would probably be 5 stars if shipping…
Would probably be 5 stars if shipping time was at all reasonable, I know the product is good because my friend got a dreamcloak too. It's been 4 months now though and I still don't have it. Pretty sure I paid extra for shipping as well, though it's been so long I don't even remember There's also 3 different time frames electro threads lists: One spot it says will ship in 1-3 weeks, another spot says 1-8, another says 1-10 weeks. 1-3 was the only one I saw when I ordered, so I was expecting 3 weeks at the latest. It's been 4 months and it just recently shipped, though I still don't have it.

Hi Cole, I am very sorry this cloak took longer than you had expected and was delayed in shipping. Please understand that we have no control over international shipping times and sometimes packages get stalled out in processing. Also, since all our products are made to order, each product has a slightly different production period that is listed on each product page. I'm not sure which product pages you were looking at but the product page of the Platonic Mandala Dream Cloak that you ordered states 1-10 weeks. It does look like that cloak arrived on the 12th so please enjoy!

Won't EVER purchase from Electro Threads again
I ordered some clothing back in April that I was super excited to receive. Unfortunately, though, I never received it. I contacted support about the issue and after emailing about it a few weeks later because I still hadn't heard back, I was told to submit a stolen package report with USPS. I contacted USPS and after being on hold for hours, I was sent a link for the proper form to fill out for theft issues/stolen packages. I sent all of this information to customer support and after taking a long time yet again to reply, was told that they needed a different thing done with USPS than what I had completed. Fast forward to September, I have contacted support and USPS NUMEROUS times. USPS states that I filled out the only stolen package report that is available and that is used when reporting the issue to retailers. Electro Threads says they have had "100s of our customers complete this process without issue." Good to hear that 100s of customers are even having to deal with the issue of not receiving their packages from this company. Yikes. And when I asked if I could get quicker responses through a form other than email, if someone in support could direct me to the "correct" USPS form then since apparently what USPS kept having me fill out that stated it was for stolen packages was not correct, etc., I received no real answer to my questions and instead just kept receiving the same "I'm sorry you're having troubles" but I can't help you, basically. So now I've spent $200 on the order with nothing to show for it, many hours wasted on emails and phone calls, etc. with no resolution to the issue at all. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hey Brooke, I am sorry your package was stolen. We are happy to replace the stolen package and all we asked was that you followed the instructions to properly report the package stolen to USPS. We attempted to verify there was an open case number for a stolen package investigation many times and were not able to. Please reach out again to customer support and we can work to find an alternative method to resolve this for you.

The product was not as pictured
The product was not as pictured. Any other company would have refunded in this case. To give a store credit and argue with me in a series of 20+ emails back and forth is unacceptable. Your customer service rep admitted the product looked different in the photo because of the lighting. However, still refused to issue a refund. Then your customer service rep went so far as to provide the pattern in argument. Pretty sure that’s confidential company information he shared in his indignation. Unbelievable. Now you have an unhappy ex-customer. WOW. I HAVE PROOF OF YOUR REP ADMITTING THE MATERIAL LOOKED BLUE IN THE LIGHTING IN THE PHOTO ON YOUR WEBSITE. Happy to post screenshots of the emails to social media. Please continue to provide the worst customer service in history. Please.

I’ve shopped with them at least 3 times and its the same thing each time their shipping times are always ridiculous and they just completely leave the customer who spent hard earned money with them hanging in the wind while their order never ships. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I dont care how cool their stuff looks

We definitely don't leave our customers hanging and do our absolute best to make every customer happy. it does clearly state on each of the product pages, in the shipping policy, and on the order confirmation, that all our products are Made to Order and there is a 3-18 day production period and I'm showing that we have not exceeded that production period estimate on any of your orders. Super disappointing!
The quality for what I paid for is super disappointing. The inside of the cloak isn’t as fluffy or warm as expected. I waited 3 months for the cloak to arrive and support people took days to get back to me with updates and/or useful information about the cloak and it’s whereabouts. The design on the outside is the only nice thing about it but it looks all crinkled and not as nice as in the photos online.

Order never arrived!!
I order one of your coat. First it’s come to big. I paid to return it and exchange it. Second some different color. I sent it again. I ordered this about four months ago. I never get what I order. I keep sending you emails about it but you don’t respond anymore. You said USPS shows it’s delivered. I talked with USPS they open a claim case they said they don’t no where is this you don’t reply for this. So far I pay 160 for a coat and that nothing!!
