They said the t-shirt was unisex, I’ve ordered the xs size and was huge!!! But impossible to wear! If they can offer small sizes maybe the can offer t-shirt for men and women.

They wouldn't offer me a return. Waited over 10 days to respond to my email. Basically threw away 200+ dollars. Returns and exchanges discouraged.

Products are amazing, but they can mess up your order and it is a large stressful process to correct it
The products they have are amazing, but watch out if they mess up your order as it takes forever to get to you and then you have to go through an arduous process of trying to correct it even when it is a mistake on their end. Even when I got the replacement the final product was not exactly what I ordered they messed up on the inside lining.

Sizing mishap
The joggers I purchased were a men’s XXL but were barely larger than the Juniors small pajama pants I bought my niece at Walmart. Great look and fabric, sizing is totally messed up.

VERY DELAYED ORDER.
VERY DELAYED ORDER. I browsed Electric Threads website with pure excitement after running across some of their products. I made an order for the Mandala Cloak on 2/21/21.. During my initial outreach, I was informed it would take about 7-18 days to create the item and ship it. I reached out via email a couple of times, as my excitement level dwindled, but unfortunate for me to no avail. This is my first time doing business with Electric Threads, I wasn’t sure of their sizing so I went through the 3rd party Shop App their website provided. The payments are broken down into 4 payments. MAYBE that was my mistake, Currently I am on my 3rd payment and 1 month and 10 days later and still NOTHING.. No purchased item, no tracking information and no communication about the delay. I wonder if I would’ve purchased the 3 Cloaks straight up without the Shop app, would I still have experienced this delay? Well..... as summer is approaching, I guess when my Cloak finally does arrive, it will be headed directly for the closet.. UNHAPPY SHOPPER :(

Essentially Bait & Switch
The blanket sent was not the same pictured, and mystery blanket purchase page was not clear I would receive one of apparently two different types of blankets (one clearly bigger and better). I of course got the kind I was not expecting. I would have preferred the option to just purchase what I wanted, but now I am stuck with a blanket I do not want that is not eligible for refund or return. I sent a complaint and the response blamed me for not understanding the purchase page, which was not clear - and I believe was updated since (still not very clear). There are a number of similar reviews that show others not receiving what was expected. I believe this is not a reputable company - the advertising campaign was tantamount to a bait and switch, and I will no longer purchase anything from this company, and will recommend others not purchase items from them.

Lost the gamble on the $99 "mystery box"
Ordered a $99 "mystery box" as there were many rave reviews. Received a very disappointing box of junk that could have easily been called "box of crap no one wants to buy" Ask to return for a credit and was told there was no returns *as stated on website". On the same page that said guaranteed satisfaction. Buyer beware, the mystery items are a crapshoot. I got a $99.00 box of crap. Previously passionate customer and gift giver. Feeling ripped off.

I may very well be a one-off case but I ordered from this company a 2nd time and didn't appreciate the way I was treated. I recieved my items and wasn't impressed with the quality of the tye dye sweater which cost 75 dollars.. that sweater was cheap looking. They way they say that each and every item is "made just for you!" Is crap. The material is just like any other item of clothing you by from anywhere else. I expressed my disappointment and requested for a refund. I got a flat NO with an undertone of not wanting to assist any further. Ive been corresponding with electrothreads for 2 months and I would always get bits and pieces of information about the receiving my credit process instead of just explaining everything beforehand.. customer service needs to make more of an effort in explaining things to customers so they know what to expect. Ive also posted on their Instagram of my concern and instead of trying to make things right, they blocked me, which was very off putting. It seems to me they portray a very dishonest business by blocking customers that don't make their image look "good". The package took forever to come, and what they neglected to tell me before I returned my item was that I would only receive 34 dollars out of the 75 dollars I spent because I user a 50 percent coupon for my items.. so with the conversion rate and spending money on shipping to return the item, I ended up spending over 100 for nothing and Im very pissed to say the least, I feel like I've been ripped off! I will never purchase anything from this company due to their dishonesty, lack of communication to their clients and what to expect and their unwillingness to make thing right. They told me they would inform me of my credit in which case I had to follow up for the credit, it was always me reaching out to them every time. Bottom line... you better like what you get because if you don't, they won't treat you very well

I was so disappointed with Ryan’s awful…
I was so disappointed with Ryan’s awful customer service. I ordered a large order with multiple items, including a dream coat, which aren’t cheap! The other items came but I was advised there was a delay on the dream cloak. One of the items bobbled and was covered in lint after one wash! I send pictures and got “idk” response and eventually was advised if I post it back il get store credit. Not worth it given the tax I have to pay for items to be sent to the Uk. So I waited and waited for the dream cloak. I heard nothing so I kept chasing. After 4 months of being told “it’s coming soon” I eventually gave up and asked for a refund. I explained to Ryan that some understanding and empathy would have gone a long way, he seemed disgruntled about my complaint and did absolutely nothing to take responsibility or apologies. It’s as if he felt waiting 4 months and even longer was no big deal and that I was over reacting. I eventually received a refund, but no apology. Absolutely appalling customer service which is such a shame as I love the blanket I received! I really wanted the dream cloak but Ryan put me off completely and the nonchalant back and forth emails eventually made me give up.

BLOCKED for expecting their 100% guaruntee
Absolutely 0 quality control. If you have more than one or two issues with the defective items they send you they will just block your email, they NEVER answer phones and whoever runs their FB just answers product questions and has no clue about your lack of product. 2 BBB complaints opened against them and proven they blocked the email I registered with because after being ignored for weeks, multiple attempts, I sent an email with my secondary account and got a response within an hour or two. The company is run by the Myspace/Facebook crowd that thinks ignoring/blocking problems solves them.

2 months in Limbo
Been waiting for over 2 months for a Dream Cloak. After a while and the company sending out a mass e-mail about how we shouldn't worry and they didn't lose any orders, I started to wonder if they lost my order. Now I can't get any responses from their website, their Facebook, Twitter, or phone number they have listed. This is crazy, I just want to know where my stuff is and if I should be asking for a refund because they lost my order. No matter how cool the clothes are, no matter how much of a sale is on these guys are so poorly run, they aren't worth shopping from. Then it only took a couple more months for the customer service department to try and placate their image on the negative reviews. Seriously, look at the dates. Do not shop from these guys if you want to get things quickly or do and get ignored by them if you have questions.

Terrible customer service
Repeatedly asked to speak with someone about an order. Didn't get replies. My order was submitted April 10th, and still hasn't arrived. Its been 73 days and I know its a cloak and they said that it could take longer, but my order was placed prior to shut down. Others are receiving cloaks ordered AFTER my order was placed. I received no update when I asked and just got a generic it could take 90 days response to my 3rd attempt of contact. I received no other update emails. I buy so much on this site, I really with they could just treat us like paying supporters of the brands not cash mules

Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. When I've enquired about my order, I just receive an automated message. They can't even spend the 1-2 minutes actually checking a certain order status. Being an international buyer I expected more due the exchange rates and longer shipping times. Yet, they continue to not reply to emails or Facebook messenger and I've now got to spend the money calling them hoping I can get a simple answer. Would not recommend and this is the one and only time I will ever shop with them. How they get away with customer service like this is beyond me. In Australia, they Would have been shut down by now

Was not impressed
I feel terrible saying this as I never write reviews but what an awful experience! I ordered a bodysuit and a swim suit. As per the other comments I ordered a size up (a M not a S) and confirmed my sizing on the guide. They arrived 2 months later and they are so tiny! I swear the M fits like a XS. So uncomfortable I can't wear or return them and they were incredibly short and a little rude and I tried to inquire.

Appalling customer service still waiting on my order after 3 months! No replies to emails and messages, commenting and reviews turned of on Facebook. Shady company! Avoid this company they will take your money and not fulfil your order!!

Customer service is disappointing.
At first I didn’t mind that fact that shipment would take longer because of corona (ordered face masks) but way before they delivered my package, I found cheaper and better masks. I emailed them a bunch of times, even before they left California that I want a refund. I was ignored. I did this 3x and on the third time they responded THE DAY THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. They also said it would take 25 days (could be more could be less) and got it after more than 40 days. Very disappointed, their customer support is horrible. If I pay a pretty expensive price for face masks (live in Canada so USD is more) I expect better satisfaction overall. I would never recommend and would highly discourage any future buyers to purchase. If customer service responded faster I would totally understand, but the package was at or near their facility when I first emailed. Hope anyone who thinks of shopping here takes in some of this info.

No customer services
I needed to find out if I could change the delivery address for my order so emailed customer services three times and no response. After waiting weeks for a reply or any news at all of my order I gave up and reclaimed the money from my credit card company. A few weeks later I got an order cancelled email. Given the current situation I was completely prepared for a delay but not for zero customer services response.

Can't review items I have been waiting over a month to receive, and stil am waiting on.
I understand that everything is made when ordered, and I understand the unprecedented times we are in right now. But, my order was placed on April 18th, and as of May 22nd, Electro Threads is still unable to give me an sort of status update on my order. Past orders have been perfect, this time, at least having some sort of update instead of a "we don't know" when I inquire would be great.
