Bad connectivity
The concept of this Bluetooth device is exactly what I needed, however it does not function with the consistency I need for it to be adequately functional. The problem is in the connection which continuously drops out forcing a complete reconnection process each time I try to use it. If I try to stream any presentation or video from any computer to the display TV, the C2G drops the connection every 10 minutes, making it difficult to follow a complete video. Very disappointing.

Did Not Ship As Ordered
The parts were fine. Your web ordering page showed, “Order within the next 1 hr & 15 mins your will ship today”. I did order in the next 5 mins overnight express, which was a Thursday and it did not ship until Friday which meant I received them on the following Monday. We needed them for work on Saturday. It was confirmed within 5 mins of my order being placed. So I can’t give a better rating. The web site was pretty easy to find and order my parts, they failed to get it processed and your customer service, very nice guy, but had no idea of why it didn’t ship... Cost me time and money as I drove 56 miles one way on Friday so that I could do the job on Saturday.

We have purchased the recommended solution as identified by your specialist and repurchased due to initially ordering the incorrect connectors. The cable and connectors still do not work. Calling your tech support again today.

I was asked during the check out process to create an account then the system wouldn't let me purchase the item. I had to log out and start the process again and check out as a guest to finally get my order placed. What should have been a simple process took way more time than it should have.

with my first attempt to place my order, the cart showed $0.00 for all the amounts. I chatted with Paul and he said there was a problem with the website the he couldn't resolve and recommended I call into the 800# to place my order. He also suggested deleting everything in my cart and closing/opening my browser and try again. The latter suggestion worked, but I just had to go back in and find all the items again.

Bad Communication
The website would not allow me to move past the billing address page yesterday, it didn't like the zip code/address combination, even though I was entering it correctly. So, I did a live chat with a guy (Cody) who told me I would have to place the order by telephone. I called, only to be on hold about 10 minutes, I hung up, and did the online chat again, only to be told that after 5:00 the system stops answering calls, except it DID answer and kept me on hold, and he failed to tell me that before telling me to call. So, here I am at home on my day off, finally able to place the order.

Order was blocked because of an forgotten open window - your site failed to remedy the problem or inform me what I needed to do to proceed. It showed the item - only @ 0$0 price Next I wished to get this Monday May 1; and your site would not show delivery dates. I expected to be able to select options for delivery and see dates. Therefore I placed an order prematurely - not knowing anything about when I would receive the item. I wish to cancel that order if it does not arrive May 1. The web site as far as I can see did not allow me to "edit" the order I just placed! I therefore placed a second order - with overnight shipping 4/28 -> 4/29 or 4/30 delivery - which is very very costly and this does aggravate me and will create conflict between me and my wife! At last I fear I will get two products (the same white audio cables) and get them too late! Please phone me asap. By the way - your chat and your phone connections did not fucntion now. Poor Cable Information
Had cables installed with your product a few years ago. I needed to replace a cable. It is no longer supported. I now have to purchase $80 worth of cables due to the change. I had to place 2 orders and wait more than 2 weeks to get this cable problem fixed.
