Frustrating Online Ordering experience
I ordered a 25ft Active HDMI cable (p/n 41413). Hopefully the cable is excellent and meets my expectations. I'm writing this review about my frustrations with the online Ordering process. First I created an account, which should make things easier. Then I clicked Checkout, and opted to pay with PayPal. After accepting the charges in PayPal, I was returned to the C2G website where I selected Free shipping. But it wouldn't let me click Submit Order. Instead I had to choose a payment method. I thought I already did. So I chose PayPal again and it said, Are you sure you want to change payment methods? Yeah sure. Then it asked me for my shipping address, and my email again. And asked me if I wanted to setup an account. I already did that. Then it sent me to PayPal again. I'll probably get charged twice. Finally after 20 minutes of going round and round it let me finish the order. Nowhere did it indicate how fast or slow Free shipping will be. Hopefully it's adequate.

Hello Matt, We apologize for the difficulty in the ordering process. You should not be charged twice for your order as it should only process after confirming on the C2G checkout page. We will of course check into this though to confirm and will reach out to you privately to let you know you can rest assured. it was a struggle to get the tax exempt…
it was a struggle to get the tax exempt and when it finally got through (was told to keep checking back) the TAX was still on the bill.

Website needs some work. I added some items to a cart. It asked me if I'd like to create an account, which I did. Once the account was created my cart was empty and I had to start over.

Site was glitchy
Site was glitchy. Credit card processing errored out and then decided to work when I resubmitted. Login took me to a 404 not found page but indicated I was logged in anyway; password required three resets to finally work (I kept getting "bad credentials" errors). Finally got the order through.

Your new website SUCKS!!!!!!
Your new website SUCKS!!!!!!! Super upset I had to create a brand new account that has no order history after ordering since 2015 with cables to go... Had to resubmit my tax exemption form pushing my ordering off another 2 days. Customer service had no answers/was no help when the website originally changed other than "you have to make a new account". C2G was the last bastion of good prices and customer service... Cant wait to see how this goes. Already thinking about switching vendors... Or just going to Amazon at this point...

I cannot get good response from C2G…delayed order delivery
I cannot get good response from C2G support if any at all. Two orders I have placed for HDMI switching devices have not shipped and cannot get support to help me get a projected delivery. I have found equivalent performing devices from another supplier for half the price. Disappointed...

I had to order twice
I had to order twice, used billing address for shipping address. The system did not carry all the info over and the order was rejected. I followed up with chat 6 business days later for the status. I was then told the order was rejected I was NOT contacted about the rejection. ☹☹☹☹☹🙁
