Good product inventory, but possibly glitchy cart system
Product select and availability was good. Unfortunately website shopping cart was glitchy and over the course of an hour figuring out what I needed and putting different items in the cart; the site timed out and I got error 404 and "server error" pages and lost my cart on multiple occasions. Then during checkout my first attempt to charge my card failed with an "unknown error". I eventually got what I needed ordered but there seems to have been some web server issues at the time.

I tried 3 different browsers on my Mac
I tried 3 different browsers on my Mac, but could not checkout. After entering my payment info the spinning circle went on forever, I let it go for 5 minutes. Finally I tried checking out on my PC, that's when I first saw the Captcha that had to be completed to checking out, apparently that was not visible on my Mac.

CAT6 shielded ethernet cable
The web page for CAT6 cable is sparse and doesn't contain all needed basic information on the ethernet cable - see other websites that provide details on material (solid copper core), shielding (both twisted connectors and outer wrap), bandwidth, etc. Customer support was quite slow and waited more than half an hour for responses in the chat room as customer service reached out to tech support…why couldn’t I talk/chat with tech support directly? Wouldn't have needed tech support if the info was on the web page

Wish I was able to add a note for our shipper receiver to the order for example our PO# or Job# that this order is for. The only way to currently do this is to create a new address with that number in it each time.

That the TAX EXEMPT needs to be completed first. Just not a little button but up front.
It would have been nice to know that I could not place the order and get tax exempt until i filled out the form. I sent the Tax Certificate when I saw the button, but it was a little too late. Just put the button up front or at least explain to do the tax exempt form first.

I was not able to use my credit card as payment, I got an error that said that there was a problem and to try again. I switched to PayPal (which links to the same credit card) and the payment went through.

The City box was not filled in by…
The City box was not filled in by LastPass, I missed it and the site did not flag it. However, it did allow me to specify the shipping method and provide a credit card. Then I got the spinning dots for about 2.5 hours (I left it running while I ran errands). I killed it when I got home and logged in again. Then I noticed that the city was missing. Filled that in and it completed. This is a very buggy web site.

So far is ok. I'm not liking that im putting a very urgent order to be delivered overnight and i do not get tracking and information and confirmation i need on time. the Chat support t is very slow on answers as well.

"Bait and switch"
"Bait and switch"; cables2go web site has the wrong pricing on items - most items on my order was $8.00 more per item than what was published. This almost double the cost. Won't be using this vendor again. I'll have to take a LOST on this job now - due to time constraints and supply issues. Excellent customer service, and they claim to be crediting me the overcharge difference. If I didn't send a bad review; would this had happened. Probably not, spoke to two different ordering agents and both stated they couldn't adjust to website prices. One even claimed I was getting the best wholesale price, even though it was $8 higher than the web published price.
